When I first played Breath of the Wild, I wasted several hours of time that I could have spent saving Hyrule from certain doom or completing sidequests by singularly focusing on buying Link’s home and fixing it up to give it that nice, homey feel. Link’s house, from a gameplay perspective, isn’t all that helpful (you can stash weapons, but that’s about it in terms of useful functionality), but from a story and character perspective, the idea of Link having a home to return to after a hundred year slumber is bittersweet. He’s out of his time, but this home offers a sense of normalcy and calm.

Who knew that two things I love would crossover in such a completely random, unexpected way with this wonderful LEGO creation of Link’s house from Breath of the Wild. Seeing Link’s home recreated through LEGO by boba_1980 is, in a word, awesome. Building houses and various vehicles with LEGO sets was a staple growing up, so seeing a fan take the time and energy to create such a beautiful rendering of Link’s house through LEGO’s is nostalgic, in a way.

Needless to say, I’m a big fan of this piece, and look forward to seeing more. What do you think? Do you enjoy this LEGO construction of Link’s house from Breath of the Wild? Let us know in the comments!
