3DS XL’s Circle Pad Pro Revealed

When the 3DS XL was announced, many were disappointed with the lack of a second Circle Pad and its inability to connect with the Circle Pad Pro. This made dual-stick gameplay impossible with the bigger system. Well, Nintendo has listened, and a Circle Pad Pro for the XL has been shown off on Nintendo’s Japanese website.

There’s still no word on a price tag or release date anywhere. Still, this is great news for anyone who has the XL but wants the full experience with games like Resident Evil: Revelations and Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D. However, it’s not so great for anyone who manages to keep their 3DS XL in their pocket. Seriously, the thing was big enough as it is. Will this peripheral be on your radar?
