Gate of Time Pattern.png

Gate of Time Pattern.png

This is the pattern found on the Gate of Time. Featuring the Triforce and the Crests of the Goddesses, this is a very iconic image. It's ripped straight from the game so it's the highest possible quality. << Locke(T·C) >> 01:56, February 26, 2013 (CST)

  1. The pattern found on the Gate of Time is absolutely beautiful. Being a large image and very iconic, this image is one of Zelda Dungeon Wiki's best. What's is one place to feature it? None other than the Main Page itself. :) Odd300 :) 05:33, March 3, 2013 (CST)
  2. This is a very excellent image. The Gate of Time is a gorgeous symbol with several important elements of the Zelda series included on it. The fact that it is a high quality image only makes it better. I agree completely that it deserves to be featured. Heroine of Time 15:10, March 10, 2013 (CDT)
  3. While there are much more impressive images featuring this same pattern (and I would encourage those to be considered in the future), this image is impressive in that it is a perfect render of the pattern itself, taken straight from the game. It'd be worthy of a feature as, honestly, it's a rare resource. --Axle the Beast 02:59, May 8, 2013 (CDT)
  4. I like this in that it's something that is easily missed in the games themselves. You don't notice it as much in that context. This image has it on its own highlighting its design and just how intricate it is. It looks great.— Emma (Talk) 22:41, May 8, 2013 (CDT)
  5. I really like this image in its entirety immensely. The Gate of Time's design is so unique and so detailed. It'd be a shame if this wasn't a featured image. I support this all the way! Atticus 19:45, May 10, 2013 (CDT)
  6. Completely forgot to nominate this page... Anyway this picture is of a very high quality and it shows a lot of detail of the symbol that is seen briefly within Skyward Sword. A worthy image to be featured in my opinion. Justac00lguy 20:21, May 10, 2013 (CDT)

ALttP Link vs Geldman.png

High-quality A Link to the Past illustration of Link fighting a Geldman in the desert. A cool action-packed alternative to the resting image, of similarly high quality, and also unique as a well-done battle scene of a rarely spoken of enemy. It would also be cool to feature A Link to the Past artwork like this, given the upcoming sequel to the game. --Axle the Beast 03:26, May 8, 2013 (CDT)

  1. I really love this image. Most of my reasons are listed above: it's not a well-known enemy (and not a terribly well-known image, either, in comparison to some artwork) and it's very high quality and great to look at. It's just such a cool image overall that I'd love for it to be seen on the front page. Heroine of Time 08:31, May 8, 2013 (CDT)
  2. Like I said before, this is definitely a quality image, probably one of the best looking pieces of artwork from the game in my opinion. Given the fact that it's from A Link to the Past is a plus as well, with the sequel coming out by the end of the year. Justac00lguy 09:51, May 8, 2013 (CDT)

Link-Fighting-Miniblins-at-Forsaken-Fortress.png

Official scene artwork from The Wind Waker of Link battling Miniblins in the Forsaken Fortress. It's an action-packed, stylish piece of artwork, depicting gameplay events rather than story scenes, and the timing would be nice considering the upcoming HD remake of The Wind Waker. --Axle the Beast 03:26, May 8, 2013 (CDT)

  1. I always loved this one. Surrounded by miniblins. They always travel in packs and this artwork captures that perfectly.— Emma (Talk) 22:41, May 8, 2013 (CDT)
  2. It's an epic image, and it also shows how miniblins battle. And the artwork is great. ZD Wiki Editor (talk) 06:05, May 4, 2016 (UTC)
