"Only the most confident of Hyrule Castle's knights carried this two-handed sword. Its cutting edge is finely honed."

Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

The Knight's Claymore is a two-handed claymore found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

A Knight's Claymore has a base power of 38, and can occasionally be found in the possession of Black Moblins on the outskirts of the map, in provinces such as Hebra or Gerudo. It can also be found in a chest within the Keo Ruug Shrine. It is much more powerful than the Traveler's Claymore and the Soldier's Claymore, and as a result is a much wiser choice in head on combat. Since it has a slow use time, Link is more likely to take damage from an enemy using this weapon, but in combination with a Flurry Rush, it can be brutal.

Age of Calamity

This section is a stub. You can help the Zelda Dungeon Wiki by expanding it.

The Knight's Claymore is a weapon for King Rhoam in Age of Calamity.

Tears of the Kingdom

"A claymore, now decayed, once carried by knights of Hyrule. It resonates with the desire to protect at all costs and can yield powerful attacks when you're down to your last heart."

— In-Game Description

The Knight's Claymore can often be found as a decayed weapon, appearing often in and around the Hyrule Castle area. The decayed weapon has a base power of 11. It deals double damage when the user is at 1 heart or less, making it very powerful when in dire straits, or if one is willing to take big risks.
