Just yesterday, this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine was published in Japan and as we shared with you the other day, inside was a four page spread dedicated to the upcoming, Hyrule Warriors Legends. Among the glossy and colorful pages you will find familiar faces such as Ganondorf, Ghirahim, Link, and Lana. There is also some new details about a previously unknown feature called, “My Fairy System”. Stay tuned for more details! For now, jump inside and take a look…

We have reached week ten of the caption contest!

Last week, we featured an image of Groose giving Link the “what’s what”. I honestly thought there would be a bigger response, but those of you who did left some great content. However nobody caught the reference I made. Either I’m getting old or “Kung Pow” truly is a diamond in the rough. Seriously, if you like over the top silly movies, I highly suggest it. This week, we’re featuring Lana from Hyrule Warriors getting chased by the greatest foe the series have ever seen, the dreaded Cucco. You know how this goes. Leave your captions…

Hyrule Warriors has been steadily churning out DLC packs since the game released. These packs include a number of different features, such as new Adventure Mode maps, new game modes, and new costumes. In fact, every single DLC pack has had some form of new costumes added to the game. Some of these costumes are simple color swaps, while others are more elaborate (such as Lana’s Skull Kid costume)…

With Nintendo releasing the Majora’s Mask DLC for Hyrule Warriors less than a week from today in North America, more and more new details are surfacing. The DLC pack is already available for purchase in Europe, where fans are posting video footage online of the newly updated game. This particular video gives and in depth look at one of my favorite aspects of Hyrule Warriors: the costumes…

During the Nintendo Direct a couple days ago, we received clarification regarding the upcoming Majora’s Mask DLC pack for Hyrule Warriors. While we already knew its release day and the two characters to arrive with it, we were only thrown a hint as to what the new costumes would be. Now, with some official art and screenshots, we know exactly what we’re getting, and yes, it’s what we all expected – but a little different than we pictured it…

Ever since the release of Hyrule Warrios for the Wii U, the new character, Lana, has made a huge impression on many of its players. Lana’s personality fits in with the Zelda franchise amazingly; a seemingly cute and simple sorceress who turns out to have a deep and interesting back story. As a totally new character to the Zelda franchise or even the Dystany Warriors franchise, fans didn’t exactly know what to expect from this blue-haired mage. However when Hyrule Warriors was released, a fan base boomed…

Beware of the terror, the terror of spoilers. It is the sort of burden no mortal can truly bear. As long as these spoilers remain unopened, the whipping, howling winds will crash into the clouds like a battle between titans. Rain of fire shall fall wherever you turn as the madness of what lays within this article torments your every thought! Nightmares of dark visions shall blot out your day until the light is but a memory! It shall bring…

Hyrule Warriors‘ original character, Lana the White Sorceress, had a new weapon announced in Monday’s Nintendo Direct. She will be able to use a Summoning Gate, and she is seen using it to call forth an enormous Cucco to assist her in battle. In the short preview, we see that Lana holds it similarly to her Book of Sorcery. We will most likely see what other capabilities this weapon has in a later update from Koei Tecmo and Nintendo….

Early this morning, we got a hold of a new trailer for Lana, courtesy of the Japanese official website for Hyrule Warriors, and this afternoon Nintendo was kind enough to share the English version of said video. Like Zelda and Impa, Lana has access to a secondary weapon, the Spear, which we only caught a glimpse of in recent Famitsu scans. For a weapon which appears to be very plain, the Spear appears to have as much versatility as the Magic Rod, if not more with abilities ranging from physical strikes, to icy attacks, to summoning moves. This weapon also does well to reassure…
