PAX East 2013 is over now but the memory lives on through pictures. For those of you who made it to Boston, MA for this annual expo of video gaming, CHEERS! For those of you who didn’t, don’t worry, I took lots of pictures for you. Even though there was relatively no new Zelda anything brought to us from the Nintendo booth at PAX East this time around, the fans brought all the Zelda we needed. Aside from all the…

Within my massive collection of strategy guides, some of them have amazing rare artwork that so many Zelda fans have never been able to lay their eyes on. A particular Japanese Link’s Awakening Strategy Guide published by Suzana Art Works has some of the best boss artwork I’ve ever seen. Over the course of the last two months our image gallery has compiled over 11,000 images, ranging from official artwork, to screenshots, manga translations, strategy guide scans, instruction manuals, and more. One of the projects I personally have been working on is rebuilding the Legend of Zelda and Adventure of Link sections of the gallery. A few weeks back I updated…

Today I have for you all four more issues of Nintendo Power added to our Zelda Publications archive. If you haven’t been following along, what I am doing is going through all of the old Nintendo Power magazines and pulling out anything related to the Legend of Zelda series. In this update we have four issues ranging from November 1989 to February 1991. During this time period, the two Zelda titles for the NES were beginning to fade away, the…
