Hello everybody! This is another installment of Zelda Artist Exposition—the series where I feature a Zelda fan artist. The goal is to boost the recognition of their talents. Suggestions for features are always welcome; just leave a comment. The artist of the day is SeaboardBlue.

While most of us are anxiously awaiting the footage that comes out of tonight’s Nintendo Direct event, it’s important to remember that we got some great gameplay and a trailer out of the most recent NicoNico livestream last Friday. Clocking in at about one hour and forty minutes, this stream video showcases Link, Agitha, Midna, Princess Ruto, and Fi in action, as well as the pre-order bonuses coming to Japan. Additionally, the video kicks off with the most recent trailer for Hyrule Warriors and even features DLC costume trailer for Link, followed shortly by Zelda around the thirty-three minute mark…

Several weeks ago, the development team at Tecmo Koei released the Hyrule Warriors Fi trailer. Just recently, Nintendo Everything released a YouTube video of footage from the Sealed Grounds, featuring Fi and her dance skills in action! Hit the jump to take a look!

We reported on the Japanese trailer previously, but Nintendo has recently released an English trailer for Fi in Hyrule Warriors. The spirit of the Goddess Sword dances gracefully across the battlefield wreaking havoc, though there is some question as to whether this Fi is merely a spirit or actually a sword itself. Click through to watch the video and read my nitpicking!

Hyrule Warriors‘ release is fast approaching, and now thanks to Nintendo of America we have even more information for you today. Earlier today we revealed Fi’s first official trailer and a slew of high resolution images, but now we have the descriptions for Fi, Ghirahim, and The Imprisoned. Head inside!

As with the other playable fighters in Hyrule Warriors, Fi has made her way to Tecmo Koei’s Japanese YouTube channel for her own gameplay trailer. We now get to see her skills in dance-based combat in action, as well as some interesting tidbits in the smaller details of the video. Check out the trailer after the jump!

With all the well-deserved hype for Hyrule Warriors, we are being blessed daily with many new images of the game’s contents. With the set we also get tons of new information about the game to enjoy. Hit the jump to see!

Koei Tecmo has released another Hyrule Warriors character video for Fi, our all-knowing companion and the spirit of the Goddess Sword from Skyward Sword. She takes to the battlefield with grace and poise, ready to teach her enemies a few lessons in killer ballet moves and swordsmanship. Head inside to check out the video!

There is a 100% chance that this week’s Famitsu has confirmed that Fi, the spirit of the Master Sword, is playable in Hyrule Warriors. While the official Twitter has been hinting at it for the last couple of days, it is now official. In addition, Famitsu has released a few other details concerning Skyward Sword representation in the game. Hit the jump to learn more!

There’s a 100% chance that we all saw this coming. It was stated earlier yesterday that there was a high chance of a new fighter in Hyrule Warriors, and sure enough that turned out to be true.. it just happened a bit sooner than expected. Fi, the “spirit” of the Master Sword that was introduced to us in Skyward Sword (finally, something not from Twilight Princess) will be making her way into Hyrule Warriors.

In addition, Link will be swinging around his familiar Ball & Chain weapon that was introduced in Twilight Princess. It’s not 100% the same as Link now carries around some fancy new gloves, perhaps the Power Gloves/Gauntlets, while using the weapon. Zelda appears to have a new weapon as well. It appears to be the Wind Waker and it creates wind based attacks along with what appears to be a music scale. Another possibility is for Zelda to be using a staff/pole as a weapon.
