Hyrule Warriors introduced several new weapons to the series that will likely never be used again in the main games, but that does not mean they are not still awesome. Zelda’s Gleaming Rapier has a very neat design, and reddit user Meitachi decided to try their hand at making a real version, and it looks pretty great. Check out the finished product after the jump!

Marie Bergeron on tumblr has drawn some classic Zelda equipment in a very interesting style, and though the prints of them she was offering are now sold out from her store, these Ocarina of Time items still look great, and maybe she will make more at some point. Brendan Milos has continued his journey of creating artwork for many of the enemies of Majora’s Mask. This is part of a fan project to create artwork for all of the Majora’s Mask Enemies that appear in the game. This time around he tackles a Gerudo Pirate. Kingdom Hearts/Zelda crossover fanart is not at all uncommon. There are loads of drawings and paintings of custom keyblades and Kingdom Hearts-style outfits for Zelda’s characters, but crafts and large-scale builds are often some of the coolest projects. This keyblade in particular, made by Sephiroths-Shadow on deviantART, is called the Guardian of Hyrule Keyblade, and it has a beautiful design. Sephiroths-Shadow has even posted a few pictures mid-way through the whole project to show off the build process. Check out…

With plenty of fantastic hand made Legend of Zelda merchandise out there, it’s not difficult to find your favourite item, tunic or gear made and brought to life somewhere around the world. Just like this stunning wall decoration made by Reddit user Renanyuu. Hit the jump to see the progress pictures and final result!

With almost every new Zelda game, Nintendo appears to be releasing some sort of special edition game console or bundle alongside it. The company has come out with special bundles for Ocarina of Time 3D, A Link Between Worlds, The Wind Waker HD, and many of the prior games as well. Could you imagine if they had made a special edition bundle way back in 1987 for the original Legend of Zelda?

Hey, listen up! Christmas is almost upon us! If you haven’t done so it’s time to go out, grab yourself a tree, and starting hanging baubles on its branches. As someone who plays the Legend of Zelda games, you’ll know how great trees are: they talk in ye olde English, they send fairies to summon young boys to save the world, and if you help them out they sometimes give you giant emeralds! Perhaps your tree just doesn’t have the…
