Nintendo’s latest New 3DS promotion not only stars Japanese singer and model Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, it also features a few fresh outfits for some familiar Nintendo characters including Link and Zelda; more or less inspired to match Kyary’s fashion. Rather than focusing on the core specs of the New 3DS, the advertisement carried out the idea of swapping New 3DS faceplates though an adorable endorsement. Hit the jump to see for yourself!

When a live-action advertisement for A Link Between Worlds was shown, it was a bit stunning. The days of old where video games were marketed with real people seemed to come back, and because it was a hit, the UK is running their own, slightly different version of the ad. Hit the jump to watch!

The marketing campaign for the newest Zelda title has expanded to the United Kingdom, where they’ve received a brand new television advertisement featuring some awesome footage of the game! This follows yesterday’s release of an advertisement in the United States, and certainly serves its purpose in making me want to buy the game! Nintendo has tried its best in the advertisement to show that this is, indeed, a new console and not just a rehash of its predecessor by showing how the Wii U GamePad interacts with the console and its very useful function of switching to off-TV play. The commercial also showed such games as New Super Mario Bros…

Today we have a brand new Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Commercial that will be appearing in North America. I personally have yet to see this commercial on TV, but I’m looking forward to doing so. It doesn’t really show much gameplay, and it really doesn’t even focus on the game too much at all. However, I think it is an effective commercial and it will get people to jump online and do some research on it.
