A Link Between Worlds continues to add to it’s growing shelf of hardware, with D.I.C.E. awarding it the best handheld game award for 2013. This award is especially meaningful given D.I.C.E.’s demographic, which caters to some of the video game world’s brightest minds. It’s an annual video game summit that you can liken slightly to events like GDC, and it arguably concludes with what is best awards show the industry has. The awards are given out in front of gaming’s visionaries and broadcasted live on Twitch. It’s not nearly as publicized as VGX, but many argue the awards have more meaning.

Congratulations A Link Between Worlds. It is an award well deserved.
