Over the course of three months, Zelda Universe has been progressively posting a brand new dub of Majora’s Mask in honor of the game’s 20th anniversary. With the final episode up on their YouTube channel as of July 24th, fans that are excited to partake in the celebration can now view the full story.

Totaling seven episodes, the complete dub features an extensive voice acting cast, with main characters Link and Tatl voiced by Hayley Nelson and Ana “Squeakychiona” Garcia, respectively. The dub is accompanied by a remade soundtrack with covers by various musicians and singers, and features animations by MajorLink in the instances where Link uses each transformation mask for the first time.

The last episode in particular shows the beloved Anju and Kafei side quest, Link reuniting the couple before he ascends the clock tower to stop the moon from falling, and eventually, bring an end to Majora’s wrath. The end of the dub even shows a longer animation from MajorLink in which Link inwardly reflects upon his search for his friend Navi and his inability to find her before.

Zelda Universe took the opportunity at the very end to tease a dub of the next Zelda game in the official timeline, which is Twilight Princess. Likely to celebrate Twilight Princess‘ 20th anniversary, the dub has been announced to take place in the year 2026, 20 years after the initial release of the game in 2006.
