This race is actually an evolved Picori. They evolved during the Great Flood and became bigger in order to survive. A Pakira is about the size of a child with large black eyes and dirty blonde hair. They have a very short and white fur everywhere else. There is also one large horn poking out of its forehead. The Picori's feathery tails split into three large tails. The Pakira use these large tails as propellers and can float in the air for a short amount of time, much like the Koroks use their Deku Leaves. The Pakiras wear green capes like they did in their previous forms. They also have extremely large pointed ears. A Pakira is capable of speaking both Hylian and the language of the Great Sea.
