With a graphic program. You can download a trial of Photoshop or download Gimp which is free. And then simply follow tutorials on the net.
What Bigelover said.
I have never tried Gimp and I don't plan to, Photoshop wins for me.
Of course, Gimp is probably less luxurious, considering it's free.
Those are the only 2 programs I know of that you can make a decent signature.
If you don't want to make one yourself, you can always request one.

Exactly! A lot of people are willing to help you out.
The reason why I prefer Photoshop over Gimp is the working space. Gimp always use seprate windows and photoshop only has one in which you can simply drag and move a pic into another one. In Gimp you have to copy it all the time and then paste it. I also love the layer style in Photoshop. Much more handy. Gimp absolutely can get the same result but it is more complicated in use. But Gimp is free while Photoshop cost a ton.
Can someone help me post my sig? I can't figure out how to get past the URL code thing.

Is your problem solved or not yet? Upload your file to a host like Photobucket or Tinypic or Imageshack. There you will see three codes. The direct link, the html link and the img link. Copy the IMG url and go to the site you want to post it at. Post the whole code and your sig will show up.
