Well, I came across your tutorial recently and decided that I'd give it a shot. So... here's my result.

Old thread is old and the creator of the tut long gone, but there is no rule against thread necromancy, especially to good threads, so why not? My result, using a character from a different Final Fantasy game, the best I could think of besides Kefka. :)

Still such a really awesome tutorial. I decided to do it again, but with a Pokemon called Glaceon. Thought I'd do a Pokemon to match Kybyrian. :)

I fixed the edges around Glaceon, looks much better and way more consistent.

Tried the tutorial yet again, combining it with another tut and adding some Gaussian Blurs I got this:

Now that one is really awesome. It's very unique, and it suits a series like Okami very well.
