So I'm delving into the realm of digital painting and other arts and figured that I'd make a gallery/graphics thread like so many others.

Also, yes, I am willing to paint simple avatars or signatures if you're patient (as I am a busy girl), though I must warn that backgrounds and inanimate objects are not my forte. However, if you simply must have a custom drawn/painted graphic I'll probably be able to help. Please PM requests as I tend to miss requests if they're posted here.

those are amazing! do you make those with a computer or do you draw those on paper?

Thanks. The Midna Imp and Zelda ones are done with pencil and paper and scanned. Everything else was digitally painted with Photoshop. I can't color without a computer. :P

Now I know why you can't color without a pc. Perhaps this is the reason:

Anyway, I drew Rad on a piece of paper like I said I would. The pic was not bad, I showed it around to my relatives and they said it was awesome. I didn't believe them but that is not the point. I drew Rad and colored him with color pencils...Anyway, I scanned the pic and what I got was a pretty messed up pic, it does not show as the original one does on the piece of paper. I was so frustrated that I did not dare post the pic I scanned, it looked terrible, even after I applied pressure on top of the scanner, it just didn't show it how the pic should look, lots of the coloring I did, did not even show.

Therefore, I guess I will have to take different measures...I'll use a much darker pencil or a marker and perhaps attempt color it using paint or photoshop...

Really an experiment for me. I don't normally do character interactions, and I don't normally do pics with romantic undertones, but I love this couple too much to not want to paint them.

Anyway, the pic looks very cool and nice, I wish I could do what you do...unlike my sucky Vatti drawing. :P Keep up the good work.

I've never seen a style of art like that. Which means you have a unique style! It's freakishly good! It's so good, I'll never draw again, because compared to that, my drawings would be hideous un-natural things! I hope to see more art from you! I truly do! Please keep up the good work!

Your style is impressive and bears the sign of someone who loves their work. The colors are expressive and speak out to me. I just wish I could think of the right words to express how beautiful your art is. I wish I could draw as impressively as you, but alas.

Big experimental thing. Overuse of textures and some no-line painting, and a couple other techniques I've never used. How is it?

By the way, this was painted large enough to be a wallpaper (1680x1050). I don't know if anyone would want to use it as a desktop, but shoot me a PM if you do and I can send them in any specified size.

Wow, that looks awesome. :O Where...why....lol...I dunno what to say to be honest, or at least where to begin...Everytime you post something you never cease to amaze me, Xinnamin. Great work, she's just fantastic. I love how you seem to work the shadowing of her clothing, the grass, etc. I know that is very hard for someone like me to do, but to you maybe it is simple, I dunno, but you did a great job. Like I said, your art is some of the best I have seen here. Again, double :O XD
