Best Graphics Website?

Okay, so right now, I draw my pics on paper, go to tinypic, and load them to the threads. but I was just wondering if anyone had a better way of doing it? and if you do, please tell me!:)

Ehm Tinypic is a Site to upload pics and I think Photoshop is a software program. Don't you mean Photobucket instead? Then I definitely choose Photobucket. It even allows you to generate thumbnails.
