I know there's already a thread that covers overall bad games, but what about those things that are just embarassing that you can find in a great game? To put it short, have you ever seen a scene that was embarassing for that game? I'll start it off with the Wess Dance from Mother 3. Look at this:

...I used to think this was annoying, but now that I think about it, this was supposed to be a game that was serious and sentimental. Everyone knows that having an elderly man perform that kind of dance in a serious game is rather silly.
I also thought Error's name was a stupid moment. Yeah, I know he becomes useful later, but in the case of Zelda II where it doesn't tell you much direction, it baffled us kids.
