I would do as Zeanith says as that is your bet bet, All I can remember about the Bugs is that once you find one the other gender will be close by and that with the Heart Pieces you get 45 I think all together. You can get 2 in the Forest Temple, The Goron Mines, The Lakebed Temple, The Arbiters Grounds, The Temple of Time, The Yeti Mansion and The City in the Sky and that you can get 3 in the Twilight World.

Hay is for Horses:P. There are two bugs in the desert, like always. But I reall don't htink you'd need my help, beacause I just got all 24 bugs today, and to tell you, those guides work perfectly.
