where do you get the triforce charts interpereted??

You get them interpreted from Tingle. If you rescued him, you would find him on Tingle Island, south west of Windfall Island. If you didn't find him, you would find him in a prison cell in Windfall Island.

I just want to add one thing. You need the right wallet with a lot of money in it. Tingle always tries to take your money. Make sure you have money in the $500-$1,000 price range. It will save you some time instead of having to go get money afterwaed.

Make sure you find the big wallet, too. Nearly impossible to pay him unless you do, that is, unless you use some glitch the the Infinite Rupee one, where it doesn't matter what wallet you have.

Tingle charges 398 Rupees for the interpretation of a Triforce Chart. He somehow has the ability to reconise the scent of the charts, so he must have created them before the flooding of the Great Sea.
