When you go to sleep at night and when you have a dream do you like it? My dreams are usely wierd, but I do like them at times. But anyway what about any of your dreams? And if you have like a scary dream or somthing like that what do you do about it?-.-
I rarely have dreams, but sometimes I have period where I dream a lot, like right, two days in a row, and all very strange. Two nights ago was people who were only hands and crazy maniac clowns and families, and last night was some person who I'd never met that I was driving with crashed, went to an airport, went the bathroom, and then waited at the airport which was actually a train station.
But other than those I haven't had a dream in months.

The dreams I have are almost always weird and make no sense whatsoever. But I tend to like the majority of them. But I did have a dream last week where my mom died, my dad got married the day after the funeral, and I was an adopted alien. o.O And there were pineapples all over the place too...

I often have weird dreams, but most of the time I forget them very quickly. Yesterday I had a dream about my neighboor. She told me I had to pay 16 euro because I drilled a hole in the kitchen wall. She showed me a law that people who drilled a hole in the wall of the neighboor had to pay 16 euro for each hole. I was furious and I didn't want to pay so she went to the police. So I had to go to court, but before the court started there was a gass explosion in the kitchen and my neighboor died. And then my alarm clock waked me up.

I rarely have dreams, but the most recent one I can remember was that I was being chased by a T-rex while a bunch of Disney characters were sitting in some stands and laughing at me.
Yeah, it's really weird, but most dreams are aren't they?
I don't usually remember my dreams, but I record all the ones I do. Some of them are relatively normal, while others are weird. Like the dream I had the other night, I was with 3 of my friends, and we were going to play Wii. Then one of them and I snuck off becuase we didn't want to be around the others, so we went into a hidden room where we stole a random persons dog, and then played cards with my friends mother.

I like pretty much every one. And yes, some are wierd. I don't want to say what all my dreams are right now, but I will say one thing. I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing. I just got a girlfriend yesterday, and she was in one of my dreams. It could be bad, but hopefully it is good.

I dream like every night. When I wake up I can still remember all the details, but after a while things get vague and eventually I forget them. I'm actually looking forward to dreaming most of the time, but unfortunately my dreams rarely make sense, they often include people from real life (school, family, etc.) and are pretty random. Nightmares are pretty rare, there's only one that truly woke me up in the middle of the night (and I was in a state of panic).
Funny thing is once you're partially awake you can actually 'control' your dreams. Actually, once I wake up and I want to continue my sleep, I can 'continue' the dream where it left of.

Mine are usually happy dreams! When I get to the nest part though I wake up. Then I try to go back to sleep and get back the dream but it never works :(
I do have weird dreams though. I had one of having a baby...

I had a dream just last night actually where me and my mom where saving kittens from a barn type place that was about to explode.. then there was a fat pig that was lying on the ground and I was yelling "get up ya fart!!" so it got up and walked out, then my mom yelled at me for trying to save a kitten she was trying to get :xd:
Another dream I've had was where me and my best friend were running through Termina feild and we came up to this family I know and they were having a picnick by southern swamp and the dad said to me " hey I'm a grey man you gotta respect me" And I said "yes sir" and me and my friend kept running and I woke up
I had a night mare when I see something very scary and I wake up and its still standing right there but then it vanishes. I have some very weird dreams as you can tell.

a few nights ago i had a dream where the was a great zombie apocalypse. the zombies would come and bang on the walls, me and some other people would shoot them. then we go to the middle of the city (for some reason im in manhatten, ive never been there) and there's a airplane with a giant blue mattress, and then out of the complete randomness in my head my brain brings in a really hot girl i know from school and.....it ends before anything happens.
and from yesterday, a stranger "dream"... i had been up late watching a unaturally frightening episode of Supernatural, and then an episode of Eleventh Hour. The aproximate time was 11:30. i finally get to bed and before im even in it i start to dream.....the next thing i know im on the kitchen floor with a knife in my hand. i get up put the knife away, go to bed and my memories of the Super frightening Supernatural episode begin to bombard my consciousness and i cant sleep because my adreniline is going crazy. my only explanation is that i got reall y afraid without realizeing it and when i fell asleep the fear actually took hold and i must've gotten up to get something to defend myself. its strange how he brain works isn't it

Oh my God. Please tell me that episode was Family Remains from last night. That episode was not right. Not right at all. I just watched it today. I guess we'll see if anything happens tonight. :P

My dreams are disturbingly weird and creepy and insane. Like last night, I had a dream where a rubber duck was doing a toothpaste commercial and then a flying monkey can in and got really angry 'cause he said he owned pickles.
Thats just ONE of my crazed and evil dreams! Last week I had a dream where I was playing Four Swords Adventures and I was Blue Link and I got lots of rupees and Purple Link died but we had enough rupees!:)

My dreams usually consist of nonsensical leaps in conclusions and thoughts, often involving stupid, or incoherent bits of perception. I often dream about quite strange, even disturbing things.
I've had dreams that have ranged from Nuclear Tests to flying; as in literally flying through the air. Usually my dreams consist of more malevolent and sinister subject-matter, but sometimes I'll have ones that are just stupid.
For instance, I once dreamed of inhabitant objects arguing, things like that.
More recently, or at least somewhat recently, I've had some dreams that have left me a bit freaked out.
I recently had a dream of some sort of "UFO" that kept passing around this house I was at, yet, for some reason in the dream it seemed like something so frightening, moreover, it suddenly seemed closer, and went through a metamorphosis that left it looking like a distant Mars.
One dream, more a nightmare, that I had really left me 'freaked out', was one involving a sort of 'doomsday' event. I was outside an old house, and suddenly noticed several large bombers flying in various formations, they released several, many, bombs on the city, and I watched hopelessly at they neared the ground. I think that's when it ended.
Many of my dreams involve either dying, or nonsensical events.

Actually, you know you dream every night, only most of the times you can't remember it.
Anyways, most dreams, no matter who's they are, are extremely weird. My dreams are no different. I remember one time I dreamed that there was a huge meteor storm, and earth was being destroyed. I've also had plenty of the "falling" dreams, where you jolt awake just before you hit. One variation of that though, which ties in with Zelda a bit, was where I dreamed I was Adult Link in the Snowhead Temple of Majora's Mask. I had to jump onto a very narrow platform, but I was a little short, so I ended up hanging from one hand above a huge gap. And then, of course, I fell, and awoke startled. I guess I played too much N64 that day.

Uh yeah i dream but rly only about my GirlFriend.
I find more recently now thinking about it, that it's more about what happens to you during the day. Like yesterday Mases was really annoyed with me, so last I dreamed about him demoting me to regular member status. It made me super sad.
Or another where I"m super addicted to black holes, so one night I dreamed about millions Black Holes coming and devouring the Universe, and some lead to different universes, some didn't. Everyone but me picked the ones that led to different universes, I picked the one that just killed you.
That one I didn't like.
I've also had plenty of the "falling" dreams, where you jolt awake just before you hit. I had a conversation about these last night with one of my friends. It was about the myth that you're dreaming that you're falling then hit the ground that you actually die in real life.
As well as the myth that if you dream that you're killed that you actually die.

I had a very weird dream last night about ZD.
I was a guest in the podcast and it was half way when my mom suddenly entered my room. So mases asks: 'Who is that Smitie?" and I said 'it's my mom mases...' so he starts laughing and everyone in the shoutbox was posting lol and :xd:. My mom kept asking stupid questions (luckily in dutch) and eventually she left my room. the podcast continued, but I was so embarrased that i didn't say a lot. The next day I had over 20 visitor messages where everyone made fun of me -.-. it was so weird.

I went to Barcelona last week (hence my inactivity) and I was dreaming I was still there, even when I woke up I thought I was still in a hotel bed. Only had one hour of sleep the night before, that might explain some things. :P

I have a lot of really weird dreams too. I like them, though. :xd:
I tend to get inspiration for my stories from my dreams. Sometimes I've taken entire scenes or character designs from my dreams.
As for scary dreams, I don't get those often, and when I do they're not too bad. I just usually go back to sleep, though sometimes a little reluctantly. Then last bad dream I've had I got after watching the Silent Hill movie. :xd:
Speaking of weird dreams, I can never quite forget about this one weird one I had as a kid. It actually really freaked me out back then, but I got over it a long time ago. It still strikes me as weird. Basically I was standing, with my aunt next to me, and I was holding a biscuit. I bite into it and look down. There are little flies inside it, making little... I don't know... squeaking noises? That's not the right word, but it gives you the general idea. Anyway, it was a really weird dream and I've never quite been able to get it. O_o

Its weird but I've had a lot of nightmares lately. Its been a long time since I've had nightmares this much. When I wake up from one I just put on my headphones and listen to music until I can go back to sleep. Usually I like dreams, though. Even bad ones. I like to pretend I'm somewhere else...

Also, I had a dream a few days ago, where my teacher thought I was a girl because my hair was long and I was reading Fruits Basket... I said I was a boy but she insisted I was a girl... O.o

One dream i had once was there was this hilly grassy area, with the grass being recently cut, it was night and there was a very large moon, one hill jotted out of the ground horizontally like a cliff and the hill still continued down it steeply going into a field with a forest far away, and at the foot of the cliff was a small pond, and the moon reflected in it, and there was a convenience store about 50 feet from the cliff, and I was running but everything was in a slightly slow motion way, and a ran and jumped off the cliff into the pond, and climbed out and ran a couple feet, lied down and stared at the moon till I woke up.

I've been having a lot of really weird dreams lately...
The scenes change constantly and people are talking so fast I can't comprehend what they're saying and then I fall down and wake up.
It seems like it goes on forever, but they're only about five minutes long. It does that every time I try to sleep. I'll only sleep for about five minutes and wake up. Over and over again.

A strange dream that I once had was that I was on some kind of a bridge thing, and then I fell off, and plummeted to the ground (which was roughly 5 metres below me), and when I was just about to hit the ground, I suddenly woke up, sweating.
I also remember when I had a very long nightmare when I was four, I was sleeping in my parent's room, next to my mother and when I feel asleep, I woke up in some sort of weird place with many, many floors, and monsters that looked like yetis roaming the area, so I got scared, and ran away, then I had a vision in my dream of an army of scorpions going through a restaurant and literally eating the skin off a waiter! Then I woke up in my parent's room, or at least that is what I thought, the room was all dark, and then my brother appeared, somewhat looking like Cupid the fairy, and he gave me a bow, which instead of Love Arrows, held Crayon arrows, then I was just about to win some sort of a game, so I moved to the exit and feel into a pit of poisonous acid...
I woke up crying, and I don't know how it happened, or how I remember it so well.

Wow, Shell. Yeah, I hate those paradoxial dreams. I had one when I was four in which I had a nightmare. After the nightmare, I "woke up" and ran to my parents room. Before I could get there, some invisible force dragged me into a random dark room. I then woke up in real life and ran to my parent's room. I think I had one a few months ago. I don't know, I don't have that great of dream memory.
I did have a strange dream in which I turned on my computer, and Zelda Dungeon came up. When I started chatting in the ShoutBox, I somehow magically went from Arbiter to member. No idea how, but I started paniking. Nobody else was online. I felt like a guy who was sent into the wilderness with only a toothbrush and is ordered to live for three months. Then someone came online and laughed in my face. Since I couldn't use silence or anything, I couldn't do anything. Tried to change the page, couldn't do that. Window wouldn't close...

I had my first Zelda Dungeon dream last night, I went onto ZD, and I told everyone that I was leaving Australia for some trip, and then bellum said he was too, and then when I was on the plane, he sat next to me and we somehow played Phantom Hourglass together for ever... and he had cool clothing on. :P
It was very weird... I also remember that we were somehow both blue link and there was no phantoms.

I always tend to like dreams. They are... Odd, let's say, for the most part, but one thing I think is really cool is when you realize you're in a dream, but you don't wake up. Then you just get to do whatever the heck you want :D. As for nightmares, I don't really get them a lot, but when I do, I'll have a nightmare, wake up, and realize it's like 2 in the morning, then I'll be kind of scared to go back to sleep again... Yeah, I know, I'm a wimp :S.

I had a weird scary dream last week. My dad bought a new car with an inbuilt Tomtom thing (you know those GPS thingies with the computer voice) which was wired into the car so that it can optimize safety. Everything was fine at first, but after a week the Tomtom started to act weird. It gave wrong directions at first, but it started to argue with my dad about how to drive. The car was acting weird too. We ignored the problems hoping that it would stop sooner or later (how stupid we were).
Then we drove on a road in the middle of nowhere and the Tomtom was acting weird again. Suddenly the car stopped and smoke came out of the engine. The voice of the Tomtom made the most scary scream ever when it's power (from the engine) was cut off. My dad got out of the car to check what the problem was while we (my mom, sister and me) waited. Then the Tomtom voice came and said: "Choose your destination". We looked confused to the Tomtom while it automaticly typed: D E A T H. The computer voice spelled each letter and the voice got more demonic with each letter.
And then I woke up. It wasn't a real nightmare, but sheesz it was scary. I officially hate Tomtoms from now on. :xd:

Ah, dreams. Mysteries of themselves. Well, I guess that isn't completely true. We have figured out what has caused them and why. But as for their meaning, that is a different story.
An interesting subject, to say the least. I do have an occasional dream. If I am just tired enough (that sounds weird, but whatever) I can have a very vivid dream. Other nights, I merely go black, then wake up. It's a rather odd expereince.
But as for the dreams themselves, they are supposed to reflect the emotions of the person who is having them, or in other cases, it is just a totally random expereince.
There are new sciences and tests out there in which you cna control your dreams. Unfortunately, I don't have any more info on that, but I'm sure it can be looked up.
A very interesting topic of discussion. Nice Job!

To be honest, I don't like my dreams. They're always nightmares. Always. I used to enjoy my nightmares when I was younger because I thought they were pretty cool, but now they're just frightening. Usually I'll have a zombie dream. Seeing zombies on TV, in a videogame, or even discussing them gives me nightmares (but ooooh I love zombies). I'll probably have a nightmare just because I brought it up. Other times, though, I'll have survival horror nightmares. Now that I am older and in a relationship, my fiance is often in my nightmares. Usually, one of us dies.
I figure that I must have some sort of deeply troubling issues that are bringing these nightmares about, but I really don't know what it could be. Perhaps its just stress. Maybe the fact that I've been having horror dreams for years and years is some sort of message. I don't know. Heh, maybe it's just too much video games. ;)
I always thought that the types of dreams people have say something about the person having them.. A happy person usually has happy dreams, unhappy people usually have negative dreams... but if that's true, what does that say about me? I don't see myself as a violent killer, nor do I see myself as some victim trying to live. I see myself as a pretty awesome, achieved, optimistic, and jolly person. So maybe the thought I used to have about people and their dreams is entirely wrong. Or maybe it's right, and I don't quite know myself like I thought I did.
Dreams are... pretty interesting.
well... i usualy have nightmares: lets see ah yes, ...the un-real sister of the chainsaw
oh i don,t even like to talk of my worst nightmare ever, well it was a day that i was all alone in my room, (house lights all off) in pure darkness and alone without nobody, a call came up the line, hello?, nothing more than freakin" breathing sounds, and then... cutted off, so i did watch outside my window (i did not know why i did that it just came to me) i saw a strange gothic girl wearing all purple with black, and a...Chainsaw? what would a girl need a chainsaw?, she,s not a lumberjack or something, so before i was about to get down she started the chainsaw,s motor, i did find that someone elese was with her, (unknown person) stainding in front of her, she did swing her chainsaw to his neck, (i did get down to not watch that cruel massacre)
nothing more than chillin" lowd screams of suffering and dessesperation came out of the guy, ...dead...he,s dead... and i am going to be dead too, heads are going to roll, so i did get downstairs, too late she was just at the door, knock, knock, knock, im doomed, now what, so i did look after a place to hide, and then she appeared just in front of me, ...the most chilling part was her animal eyes, standing just in front of me and no sound that she was making exept those freaking breathing noises, and with anger and a big freaking overdrived loud grave deepest suffering scream she did swinged her chainsaw at me, the cold blade, my heart was punding really fast, nothing more than the chainsaw traspasing my neck (like in 5 seconds she murdered me) she did really cutted my head off... now that the chainsaw did really made my neck bleed my head fallen to the floor, nothing out came from me than blood... dead... i ssupose that then was when i wake up now when i am alone in the dark i can still think of her watching behind me, ready to swing her chainsaw at me

I dream many things, but the weirdest dreams I have are dreams mixed with nightmares. I dream tornadoes alot. I once had a dream about them where the whole sky around me, as far as the eye could see, was crowded with them, just...you know, the whole area was full of them, it was so weird, and scary, and I woke up with my heart beating real fast. I can tell you more about it, but meh, you might just imagine what I dreamt that night.

I dream A LOT (about 5/7 days of the week. And they're pretty much all nightmares >:( (tough some aren't so scary, but sometimes they really are D:) Again, yesterday I had a really scary dream (it is always MUCH scarier when you have it then when you tell it):
I was at my house, but it wasn't really the same. It took place in my ''cave''. There, it has become a really dark place. It was REALLY creepy. (more than the Shadow Temple or Ikana) And there were mummies and many zombies (but they didn't look like anything as the ones in Zelda.) I had to find something vital to survive. OMG!!! D:D:D: It was REALLY creepy. I thin I never had a nightmare that scary. Just thinking about it makes me wanna... anyway, I don't want to think about it anymore, so there it ends!!!

Some of my dreams can be quite terrifying, and some, just plain weird.
Here is one of the more terrifying ones;
I was at school, and was sent on a message by a teacher to deliver something to another class.
On the way to that class, I heard alot of violent noises and screams.
Suddenly, a mangled body was thrown through the window of the class I was walking to.
The body was covered in scratches and what seemed to be bite marks.
The body reache out it's hand and said "Help Me" In a weak voice.
Several students leaped from the hole in the window, and began to eat the body.
One spotted me and began to run towards me.
Frozen with fear, I threw the thing I was carrying straight at it.
(by this point, I realized that it was a Zombie Apocalypse Dream)
It was still chasing me, then out of nowhere, one of the school cooks, grabbed it, and drove a knife into it's skull.
The cook told me to run, as a bite would spread the infection.
I ran outside and saw that there were hundreds of them everywhere!
Everyone had become one of them!
Just then, I felt a wet substance dripping on my head, I looked up, and saw one of them leaping at me, I screamed, then awoke in the real world.
I was dripping with sweat, and my heart was racing.
But, that was just one of my dreams, one of the odder ones involved a Fat Hamster, a fork, Go karts and Navi.

Most of my dreams are disturbing to me, and normal to other people.
For example, I dream about me and some random girl I was thinking about running away from horrible things. And then she dies. I die. But I'm still concious. And I can't get out. And I hear voices laughing at my feeble attempts to escape them, when I've already gotten away through death. And then the voices come and haunt me when I'm still concious, like at school.
And then there was the one where I dreamt about a zombie attack. But who doesn't have those?

I knew I would find a dream topic here. Im always dreaming, whether it be in my bed or in math class lol. Though all dreams are good i consider each one special. Some of my dreams even point to future events that take place. You know, when you dream something and in a certain span of time you realize that ur doing or something is happening exactly according to what your dream was.

I usually don't have dreams, but I've been having them more frequently. I usually have one dream every one or two months, but so far, I'd had 3 dreams this week, but I'll tell you guys them (but most of my dreams are really really weird):
Dream Number One (Wednesday night)- It was kinda like Twilight, only I didn't really have an Edward. I was Bella, only a lot less lame. I was in my real life room and I saw a snake on my ceiling. (my ceiling connects to my window, by the way) It was trying to bite through the screen thing and I shut the window (I hate snakes) and then I saw my parents drive up my driveway and it was the same car as Bella uses in Twilight. I went downstairs to my living room and I said something to my brother (I can't remember what I said) and then I woke up.
Dream Number Two- (Friday Night) I was like 30 or something and I was at a convention center. It was kind of multicultural one because I there was a Japanese dance show and other stuff. And then the USA show came on and it was like a Mario game and some people were playing Mario characters and stuff. Then I woke up and went back to sleep.
Dream Number Three- (Friday Night) I was 45 or something and I was at a retirement home with my parents (I think it was called Lon Lon Ranch... weird...) and my mom went up to her room and laid down on a bed. She said not to put her in a home because she sill wanted to work and I agreed but it was for her own good and then I found my favorite lip gloss on the nightstand and it was empty and I asked my mom why was it empty, but she didn't answer. Then I woke up.
Seriously, my dreams are really weird.

I'll tell you my most recent dream. I was on my way home with my mom driving. We got back from the hospital because she was having spasms. When we were near the beach her arm had a spasm and we drove into the water. We had a slow death, but I caught Kyogre! I'm glad it was a dream.

Why the crap the F is there.. I have no idea. Sorry.
I searched to make sure there wasn't a thread like this, but in case I didn't go deep enough, sorry.
Thread for dreams. Woo.
My motivation for creating this was the fact that the last few days I've been encountering some pretty disturbing nightmares. I've been murdered, a murderer, raped, and a grave robber.. It's really starting to get to me. I was driving across a very big bridge to a local island, and I seriously saw myself drive off.
Discuss? Dish your own dreams?

I had a disturbing nightmare three days ago. Here's what I remember about it:
I found myself in some dark place, I didn't know where I was, it was just a creepy place with no trees about, rather barren and with several hills about. Suddenly, I felt a powerful force on top of me, as if a large boulder had fallen on top of me. I knew I was dreaming and yet I also felt the pain as if in real life, then I saw myself in the dream being held by the arms by two ugly creatures, which I will call demons. Anyways, they were uglier and scary looking than anything I'd seen in my life, and they were attempting to drag me to some dark hole in the distance...it's funny knowing that your mind can create those sort of vivid creatures, they looked so real, were they?
I dunno, but here comes the good part...I always call for help when I find myself in dreams like that...so I called help to Jehovah, my God. And as instantly as I mentioned his name and that he should help me, the ugly creatures cursed in some weird tongue, released me and vanished in a puff of smoke, and I woke up but wasn't sweating or anything like that. I was breathing hard maybe, but then I went back to sleep and don't remember anything else.

Well thats pretty scary. From what I'd make of that the symbolism sounds pretty clear.. the "demons" had come to drag you to "hell" or whatever you may call such a place. Maybe it was because you feel like you are being pulled away from your relationship with your God. The dream could be telling you that you need to call upon him when you need him moreso than trying to handle things by yourself! Thats what I get out of that.

Not a bad assumption, and tbh with you, I've been pulled away from my relationship with God lately, I've sorta been doing things I should not. Maybe it is as you say, I need to keep my mind clear and keep my relationship going with Him, call for His aid and let Him handle the stuff I can't.
Anyway, hope I see others share their nightmares. I might share others if I happen to have some in the future.

Regular dreams have just as much meaning as nightmares!
Feel free to share any dream you have here!
I mean, I had a dream where I did nothing but read the back of bottles of ketchup once.
Most of my dreams are recollections of what I've been doing that day, most of the time they're great hehe! Mostly stuff such as; having a certain conversation with a friend, drunk memories, and moments with the opposite gender. However, a couple of weeks ago I had a pretty disturbing dream which woke me up at multiple times during the night. It wasn't a nightmare, it was just strange! I would basically dream as usual and then a veil of black liquid would descend from top to bottom, much like the opening credits to traditional James Bond movies. Luckily for me it was only one night so I'm happy!

I swear I have never had a nightmare before. And if I have, I don't remember it. At all.
Nothing but weird dreams. Seriously.
Here's one I recently had last night: (Note: Sarah is one of my friends. James is one of my sister's friends)
Sarah and I were trying to break into a castle because James, Shadow Link and Zelda had been captured. Iron Knuckles kept on attacking us but eventually we broke the door open and entered.
Next I remember we were sliding down a rocky hill on a sled. I saw a Registeel…too much Pokemon and Zelda Colliding Comic! Sometimes I fell off the sled because we were going through tunnels and sometimes we crashed but we made it. The wall was painted orange and there were a few windows next to each other.
I opened one up and saw the kind of sprites that it shows in FSA, but it still looked really down low. For some reason I was also holding Big Flat Duck.
Sarah picked up a stuffed animal that looked exactly like Furry except it was green and blue.
“What do we do with it?” she asked.
“I don’t know, read the intructions,” I replied. Sarah read the intructions and it said something like squeeze it’s wing. She did whatever it said and every enemy in the area slowly died. An Iron Knuckle who was dying approached me and tried killing me but it died.
Suddenly James and Shadow Link appeared lying on the ground. Sarah and I took turns hugging them. I mean, seriously. James. He doesn’t even like me!
Then Zelda appeared. I have no clue why James and Shadow Link were lying on the ground, but Zelda was already standing up as if she had just been released from a crystal or something. Then the world changed into sprites.
Shadow Link said some nonsense that I don’t remember, all I remember is that he said something like “A quart to go” or something.
Then we all jumped into a portal that Shadow Link made appear except for Zelda. She said something like “No, it’s a hazel quart and…” and Shadow interrupted her by pulling her into the ground by her ankle. I think we were in the Dark World, but I never got to see anything, after it changed to sprites I was basically watching it.
Then there were credits as if we beat a game. Shadow had apparently become friends with the four Links and they were going home. I didn’t even know they had a home.
The last thing I remember was that they appeared inside a building so they could get through it but they appeared behind a desk so they went into the Dark World and went under it.
That’s all I remember. Surprisingly, I remember more then I usually do of my dreams. It was fun hugging Shadow Link and I was laughing in the morning after seeing Zelda try to correct Shadow Link and get pulled into the Dark World because Shadow grabbed her ankle.
What the heck is Big Flat Duck and Furry? My brother is duck obsessed. Big Flat Duck is his duck pillow pet and Furry is just a huge stuffed duck.

I dream every night for the most part. Usually I can remember bits & pieces of the dream, then when I go and try to replay the dream in my head the next morning it makes no sense whatsoever. Like last night for example one part of my dream that I remember involved sort of a blend of the teleportation from the movie "The Fly" & the warp to a mirror world from A Link to the Past. I can't really explain it any better than that, lol.

like if i play a video game for to long then i will start to dream about it (i've done this with OoT, fallout 3, GH3 and devil may cry 4)
or if i am really stressed out i will have bad dreams, like people i love get killed, it sucks they usually end in night terrors
i much prefer the video games dreams lol

I don't usually dream, but usually think about things that are currently going on at the moment in life. Though sometimes a weird dream comes along :P
Two of the weirdest dreams I've had in a while were Zelda related.
Dream one: I found myself in my school. All I can remember from this is that I was running around said school, searching for and collecting Rupees. Seems like Link is being a bad influence!
Dream two: This one was just like a scene in TP, just with me and not in Hyrule. It was pretty much the scene in Kakariko Village, where Link is reunited with Epona, and Epona is going crazy and Link has to tame her. I was running around the area around my house, playing and calling her with Epona's Song, and she still went crazy. But hen soon enough I caught her. XD
I'm weird when I want to be.

I remember many of the dreams I've had, and they tend to be very weird and surreal. Most of my dreams are neutral, in that they aren't exactly happy or scary, usually a nice blend of tension and dreamlike weirdness/exploration. I used to have nightmares more often, but now I have nightmares just about as often as super-awesome-hyper-happy dreams which make me feel like I'm on cloud nine all day. The nightmares I have now are worse than those I used to have though. Seems to balance out in the end.
I also keep a dream journal, and though I don't always have time to write in it when I wake up, I usually remember some of my dream if I make a mental note to. I definitely like to write it down if I had what I felt was an especially important dream, which can sometimes include nightmares.
I've also had several lucid dreams, which are dreams where you are aware that you are dreaming without waking yourself up. These are dreams where the dreamer can take control and change the dream at will. I don't have them very often, and sometimes I realize that I'm dreaming and hand the controls back over to my subconscious anyway because it's interesting to see what happens. Either way it's always been a treat for me to realize I'm dreaming while I'm still asleep, as these dreams are often easier to remember.
Sometimes I try to go over my dream when I wake up to find meaning in them that relates to what I've been thinking about, and I do occasionally find correlations, but usually it seems to be nonsense. Dreams are very interesting indeed.

I once had a dream (well, a nightmare) when I was six and I dreamt that Hawk and I were playing something near the couch in our living room, when a gigantic spider BURST out of the couch cushions and ate me. Hawk ran to the kitchen to get my parents, but when he came back, the tarantula was gone. All I could see were spider guts, which to me looked like green and red blobs with a background of orange.
Also, more recently, I dreamed that I was skydiving and landed on a classic little kid robot (chunky body, cube head...) and it gave me a piggyback ride to my language arts class. Most random thing EVER.

Strange that while I was working on writing up this post in this thread, suddenly that new thread on dreams appeared....hm, I guess that kind of thing happens sometimes.
<->
I don't usually remember my dreams, but I happened to wake up in the middle of one last night (REM mode I suppose) so I happen to remember part of it....figured I'd note it because I'll probably forget it later otherwise.
I was in this huge shopping arcade-like building, on the second floor. They were demoing the new Zelda there, for whatever the reason. Three staircases descended into the floor to where different demos were taking place. I took the one in the middle, thinking I'd make sure to try all three. When I got down there, I found myself demoing Toon Link, which made sense in my dream because I apparently remembered that the new Zelda featured him, except that he had white hair and looked rather like fierce deity.
Then I noticed I was in a huge winding line with some people I seemed to recognize even though they do not exist, and that there were shelves of plushies around the line, which I started scanning for Zelda-themed plushies worth collecting. Then I remembered Toon Link and looked down to find that I was holding him between the tips of my fingers (since when did he turn into a figurine?) which placated me while I left to find the stairs to another section of the demo.
I was on the third floor and found something like a staircase to take to the second floor. However, the staircase had no stairs on it, which made me think it was an escalator, but it wasn't an escalator. It was more like a long black slide, save for the moving handrails that resembled the ones on an escalator. I was wondering why I was fine going down it even though it was a straight drop at a 90 degree angle, and glanced at my hand expecting to see a balloon gripped in it floating me down, but instead my hand was just sliding along the handrail as naturally as if there weren't a missing floor beneath my feet. I shrugged.
Anyways, when I got to the bottom, I realized that I had gone too far and reached the first floor instead of the second, where the Zelda demos were taking place. I checked next to the Black Slide-like descender for a staircase upward, but instead there was only a really fast escalator going down. I asked a guy standing nearby if there were stairs upwards, and he started to say there was, but I was too impatient to hear his directions, so I thanked him and banged a left through a door down a hallway where I thought the stairs would be.
This hallway had very few people. I remember passing a section with a few desolate-looking arcade machines where a single girl standing with her back to me was playing a game that didn't look very interesting, but as I ran down that hallway, I didn't see anyone else, and when I reached the end of it, I didn't find any stairs. I turned and dashed back wondering if I had missed it....and when I was almost back at the door I had came through, I noticed that in the right corner of the room, there was a section that was blocked off by walls, save for one opening that lead me into where there were what were some maze-like walls. I meandered through the openings in the walls until I reached the blocked-off corner of the room.
There, I found a single white door. On it, was written this:
Lost in the Lost Woods.
For whatever reason, I was convinced I had found the elusive stairs, so I opened the door and ran in. What greeted me was not stairs however...or anything I was expecting. Instead, it seemed like I had walked into an area that appeared similar to the inside of an empty airport terminal, though...not quite. What was unusual was the amount of queuing-handrails there were that are usually used to shape the path of and fence in long lines. There were tons of them, only these were made of thick foamy plastic that resembled low meandering walls reaching some ways above the waist in height, with tons of them set up to wind and wind for so long, far more than should be necessary for their original purpose; those line-enclosers made a network of paths that seemed to extend endlessly down hallways in every different direction. But that was not what made the picture strange to me; what felt particularly weird and out of place to me was the fact that littered all over the place, stuck in as excessive, confusing labels along every path, were street signs...so many street signs of different sizes and colors saying different things, pointing in different directions.
Other than the out-of-place-looking colors of the signs that seemed very odd, juxtapositioned as they were throughout the "airport terminal," the floor and extending walls along the hallways of it were very clean and polished as new, lit with the bluish florescent lighting that neatly lined the ceiling.
There was no one else there, no movement...everything was silent and completely still.
There were so many signs that I didn't even want to look at them, and I was so impatient to find the stairs that I disregarded the confusing signs, jumped over the line-enclosers cutting through different paths and charged down a direction randomly, hoping and figuring that I'd just find the stairs naturally anyway and that it wouldn't be that much trouble to do so.
I quickly found, however, that I wasn't finding any stairs no matter what direction I tried running through, and that I kept finding myself reaching this 4-way street sign at what might have been the heart of the entire path network. I don't remember what two of the signs read....I think they said the names of two paths I didn't know. But I remember what the other two signs said: there was a yellow one pointing in one direction that said "Start," and a green one pointing in the opposite direction that said "Help."
I ran in the direction of "Start," thinking it was surprisingly considerate of them to include the way back to the entrance for people who would get frustrated and want to leave, since I'd come to realize that I probably wasn't going to find the stairs there, and that I should probably get back to ask the guy for the proper directions to the stairs again.
However, when I reached the wall at the end of the path, I did not find the door I had come through, or any door for that matter. Instead I found an opening to a black slide in the wall, similar to the one I had descended down to the first floor from earlier. Except, that instead of being the open-air kind of black slide the last one had been, this one was a sealed-in tunnel-tube kind of black slide, that when I tried to go up thinking I might have found a replacement for the stairs, I immediately realized with its straight up angle that I....couldn't. And when I looked up to notice what was placed right above the misleading black hole, I found four signs that shocked me with what they said: The very top one said "F--- YOU!" (I am dead serious...it either said "F--- You!" (uncensored) or "Oh F---!" though don't remember which one) and the one directly under it said "NO WAY!" I don't remember what the other two said, (one might have said, "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!") but I remember that they were meant as taunts for foolishly thinking it would be that easy to leave. And staring at the hole that was designed not to let anyone go up, I remember feeling like the "O" opening in the wall at the bottom of the slide almost looked like the opening of a mouth, colored a deep, thick, acidic obsidian....it was eerie, and the taunting, blaring signs staring me in the face right above it weren't helping.
So I turned back and ran whatever the path, not long before finding myself at the 4-way sign once again (or was it a different one? Actually, I'm uncertain). This time though, I tried running in the direction of "Help," only to reach a corner with another one of those black slides with the taunting signs (or it could have been the same one even...I'm not sure either). At that point, I could only turn back and try continuing down another path...
And then I woke up.
----
I sometimes have dreams that subtly creep me out. Actually....now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I've had a lot of those, though I can't remember them now anymore.
This one got creepy for me at the deserted-airport-hallways-lost-woods. Though it doesn't bother me now when I'm thinking about it objectively, it was a lot creepier while I was in the midst of dreaming it. Especially that eerie silence and emptiness, only broken by the echo of my footsteps...
I have no idea how my mind decides to come up with dreams like this though, as it usually doesn't even pertain to what my mind should be well acquainted is what I like. This one felt almost as though it had a SciFi feel to it, which I'm not usually the biggest fan of for example, due to it often times pertaining to heavy topics highlighting serious concerns on a future that may bring the demise of mankind. Not that my dream was about that thankfully, but it's still isn't the kind of thing I can say I enjoy. I'd like a dream where I'm living in Hyrule or something and instead I get stuff like this....
One thing that gets me is when I wake up in the middle of something unresolved in my dream. If I do not complete it, then when I wake up, while I feel that it's relieving to escape it, I am left feeling a little bothered that I was unable to overcome whatever it was. It's happened to me on multiple occasions....in this instance, I woke up while I was still caught in that frozen maze-like isolated space. I would have liked to have escaped it first, before waking up, so it would have left me feeling comfortable for being able to have resolved it. Although its not usually something to weigh down on my mind for a long time, it is still something that tends to bother me...
*I apologize for the length that this post came out to be. I have a tendency to elaborate on details more than necessary sometimes...

I actually have different dreams. Sometimes weird, sometimes how I want them, and sometimes frightening.
Last night I had a very......different.....dream about Zelda things.
It started out kind of in a sandy area with holes poking through the walls beaming light. (The area was kind of like when you are looking for the Triforce Shards and you fight the four Dark Nut Knights in WW) If you entered the sandy area, which I did with a few other people, these podiums rose up and the had little holes in them. Immidiatley I thought THE TRIFORCE!! Don't ask me why, it's instinct :) Anyways, it was like in PH when you have to get the triangles to open the door.
Except the triforce parts in my dream where hidden ALL OVER THE PLACE. The funniest part? The "triforce" shards were TLoZ: OoA games wrapped in black fabric. Yea, weird, I know. Strange that my dream had enough detail to create an exact replica of my OoA. (I don't wrap it in fabric though...) Anyways, the first part of my dream was like OoT and WW in a way. Like when you have to collect the three stones and three pearls. I fought different bosses. For the first boss, I practically rode on a rail to the boss room. It reminded me of the Dragon Roost Hallway in Ganon's Castle in WW. I got there and fought a boss pretty much like Gohma in WW. Then, I can't really remember what else happened, but soon I ended up at a "Final Boss". Kind of like the transitioning stage, like when you get the Master Sword in OoT. But I faced a boss in about what would the point of the game when you face the floating head and hands in WW. That was in the sandy area. Then I had gathered all the "triforce shards" and placed them in the pedestals. I then had to do basically what you do in WW when you track down the triforce shards. I tracked down OoA games all over the world. One was in that hole in the wall that we had to fight for, others were in France and England. I sometimes had to do quests for them. Before I woke up, I was facing a final boss. All I remember about it was that it was sorta like a giant Gohma. And there was lava.
Wanna guess my favorite game?

I once had a dream when a bunch of people from my school were hanging out at an abandoned playground. we started to talk about girls, and then a kid who most of the people in the grade hated came over,(he's only popular because the girls like him), and we proceeded to beat him up. my friend ended up snapping his spine over monkey bars He was like draped over the bars like a towel. It was hilarious..:D then a teacher came over and re animated the kid, and he snapped his spine back into place Resident evil style.. then i was riding on a pillow with Riza Hawkeye(from FMA) and Sakon Shima(from samurai warriors chronicles) that had machine guns attatched to it. we were trying to take down a WWII flying fortress. the thing shot down sakon and riza, so i had to blow it up myself.I tried again and again, each time either being shot down by the plane or falling off the pillow. I kept on dying, and i'd tried a million times to shoot down the plane, so i eventually ended up committing suicide by jumping of the flying pillow,:xd: although i tried that 500 times and kept on teleporting back onto the pillow. then i woke up.

I only remember two whole dreams from my life.
1. I was falling woke up having a feeling I was falling and panicked for a second.
2. I was little but this dream haunted me since I was three, I was going to my swingset with my neighbor and there was a mailbox with ghosts on it and then ghosts came out and played on my swingtset and we proceded (did I spell it right?) to the swings. My neighbor put his chin on a swing. I picked up his head and his bod was NOWHERE TO BE SEEN!!!:O:sick: I woke up.

I had a dream that I met everyone on ZD and they though I was very cute and I got to meet Mandy then my dreamed Change to me failing but I am not who I really am I was my character but then I landed after that I saw everyone from Legend of Zelda and Kingdom Hearts plus, some of the members here but thats what I saw at that dream and again my dream change it was now I was looking at myself looking at my future how I looked then I walk to a path I realized I was wearing a black coat( yes I was like one of the members in Organization 13 if you played the game) when I look I saw just my two brothers but not me. Then, I saw a little girl but it was not me I thought it was but it wasn't. I saw another path then I saw a picture that look like a whole family picture I pick it up but I didn't see me, well after that part it change again well I was in a very bright room everyone was wearing dresses but I wasn't I was wearing a blue outfit but I didn't now what was happening but then I saw what looks like to be Zelda,Link, and Xemnas(He's superior of Organization 13 if you are wondering) they coming after me I tried to run but I saw blood on my legs but the only thing I could do was get up. I manged to run a little but I was too late they got me and tended to my legs. Zelda then told me to put on this dress but I refused to after I refused to put it on she made me after I put the dress on Xemnas grab my hand then took me out were I was but in a different spot. He told me to stay there but I didn't stay there I went to clean my outfit after that I put it back on I saw Zelda, Link, and Xemnas looking for me. I was on another floor but they saw me and went to get me I started to run even when I was still hurt I got out the door and they went to where I was but I made to the door I was falling down I look I was in Skyloft but I was now on a bird went to land and I saw Ghiraham, he tried to kill me but I look I had a lightsaber I fought him untill I ask him if he can hide me he said yes so I went with him but Zelda saw me all of them went to get me but it was too late I was with Ghiraham I gave him a hug of what he did.
