My favorite colors are dark purple, hot pink, and black.

I've read numerous articles stating the color a child uses most often describes their emotions, or personality. I am unsure how accurate this is, but my favorite color has been deep purple for years, as long as I can remember being asked, "What is your favorite color?" - I've always replied purple.

There are also other colors I like, but not near as much as I like purple. My other favorites, are green and black.

Maroon:

My favorite color is magenta....which is a mix of all of these colors, but more on the pink side. I like blue and green both by themselves or mixed together. I've always really liked sky blue, and emerald green. I don't like Turquoise hardly at all.

When I was little...if asked I'd always say that my favorite color is purple. When purple switched to magenta I do not know.

It's hard for me to say exactly what "my colour" is. I like a variety of different colours, and it usually varies on my mood. I seem to prefer black, but not for the reasons people commonly think of.
I like it because black isn't showy or flashy or anything like that. Also, I feel 'drawn into' things that are dark, I feel like they are infinite, with ambiguous meanings and representations.

Nevertheless, if I really had to pick a favourite, it would most likely be gray. It's like the in-between, the interlude between two sides, two parts of something. Two conflicting counterparts. It's a mixture of black and white, which are so opposite and in conflict, yet they seem to balance each other out, like the different aspects of life and being.

I do think that, even for a grown woman, I'm still pretty girly. Not only have I been told that I'm still very "innocent", but I also look like I'm still a kid. I'm not flirty at all, but I'm very feminine. I'm often told I'm cute, as in little-girl cute. Weird, but true. I'm also a pretty gentle, accepting, and loving person despite having a military badass side that kicks in here and there. Overall, I think pink is a fitting color for my personality.

My quick word-association type answer would be blue, but then I look at the furniture I own, and the clothing I wear, and that doesn't appear to be the correct answer...

My favorite color has always been a sort of Forest Green. However my second favorite color is a Navy Blue.

Silver, if you count it as a color. Yes, I do like the way it looks. But silver means a bit more than that, though. When people think of silver a lot of the time they think of "2nd place". Then why do I like silver instead of gold? Gold is 1st place, and when you get 1st place, there is no place above it, so no higher rank to strive and work hard to get. However, in 2nd place, you have to go through the ups and downs and ordeals and triumphs of trying to get 1st place, and that's another one of the reasons I like silver.

I don't tend to be a "colorful" guy through the way I dress, I guess. I often am wearing white most of the time, with a black hoodie over it. Though I tend to be pretty cheery, energetic, or whatever. The actual "colors" that I like are red, purple, and orange.

I personally like purple a lot, especially deep purple. I just see so much mystery, romance, and majesty in it, not sure why. Most of my friends hate me for it because I'm a guy, and these day's it's supposedly "in" for a guy to like pink, but it's gay for a guy to like purple, but I never fit into the social standards anyway so purple it stays.

None of that lame light purple stuff though. Only deep purple for me. :)

I don't know if anyone has said this yet, but as far as personalities go, there are four prime colors: Gold, Green, Blue, and Orange. Harmony and balance? More like fraught with anxiety and indecisiveness.
Hope, renewal and peace? Hope is forlorn, cling to the past and restless. Maybe I'm not particularly quarrelsome.
Frank, sociable and community-minded? Surreptitious and standoffish, more like.
Preferring peace? I usually avoid direct conflict and accomplish my goals in a roundabout manner, but I wouldn't say peace is an ends; it's more a matter of discretion: I take calculated risks, and only get confrontational if it's a last resort or expedient and worth it. (Yeah, too convoluted, like trying to put a square in a circular hole—clearly not an apt description.)
Self-effacing? I hold myself to high—if not outright esoteric and seemingly arbitrary—strictures, and have a penchant for self-deprecating humor, so sure.

From an artistic standpoint however I tend to favor warmer colors more (Yellows, rust reds, sunset oranges) even though I don't much like them.

Duplicate threads aren't supported here, but I would say that my all-time favorite color is red. It represents love, anger and power. Orange and blue are close to follow; then indigo and purple. ^^

Blue has been my default favorite color all my life. You can usually see me wearing blue outfits. It's something I have no control over xD

I also like orange and brown. Black is a standard good color I guess.

Hmmmm....I tend to lean towards certain color combinations.
I rather like when bright colors are put against gray and black.
Especially aqua blue against gray.

And I am a big fan of aqua, I could stare at ocean water mindlessly and the color aqua reminds me of that so much. Not too sure what elst that says about my personality other than I like the ocean. But I could tell anyone that already.

My favourite colour is green. I don't know why but I am just so obsessed with it. When I buy a toothbrush, it has to be green. If I buy hand soap, it has to be green. Mouthwash, must be green. Detergent, must be green......my entire room when I was a kid and a teen at home were both fully green. Hell, even my name is a shade of green.
I have no idea why I like green too, but I must say green ish awesomesauce. Whenever I play brawl I have to be green, all my favorite Nintendo characters are green: Luigi and Link. I'd even pick out green gummy bears because they are my favorite.

I love any shades of green, and aqua blue. Green represents life, and it is a beautiful color. Aqua blue is really pretty, because it represents the prettiest shade of the ocean I have ever seen.

My colour is Mid-night blue or orange. I loved those colour's all my life. But everyone say's Pink fit's me better. It's Kind of awkward because I hate the colour pink. :lol:
