Even if you're too old for Disney movies, join in anyway. I bet you had a favourite at one point. Mine was this one -

http://www.wecollect2.com/images/Aladdin-Dis.jpg

Great songs, and I think the first cartoon movie to include some kind of 3D computer graphics too - the lava, for example.

I say same as above poster. I used to love Aladdin. It was a great Disney movie. =D

This is hard. It's always a debate of either Aladdin or The Lion King.

Heh. I would have to go with Lion King myself. That movie was so awesome.

I actually like Enchanted.....because it makes fun of all of those ridiculous "Disney princess" ones.

When I was about six however....Sleeping Beauty was my fav movie of all time. Thus Because I really liked the movie, and the fact that my hair is really long and blond, Aurora has been called my "Disney princess" by my friends. However, I really don't like those movies anymore....I can't stand Sleeping Beauty now most of all.....its lame.....and not to mention the name of the prince in the movie.....ugh *shivers*

I don't have a favourite disneymovie. I like almost every disney movie I have at home like beauty and the beast, cinderella (what a stupid english name o.0), toy story and many others. I hate Bambi. I don't know how the english version is, but the Dutch songs are HORRIBLE! And that bambi thing is so annoying (with that stupid 'vogel' scream all the time). I didn't like the lion king. It is a good movie, but it traumatized me so much I only watched it one and a half time (you can guess why :p).

I like a lot of them. My favorites were Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, and I don't know is this counts but I really liked Mulan for the music and the story.

Well, when I was really little, my favorite was The Fox and the Hound. Mulan and Aladdin were some more of my favorites back then too.

As for my favorite Disney movie now, I'd say Pirates of the Carribean 1.

Kids go in and out of phases, so naturally I had several favorite Disney Movies I loved equally to death.. just at different phases of my childhood. List is my favorite from when I was youngest, to oldest which was around 8.

-Bambi
-Dumbo
-Cinderella
-Peter Pan
-Fox and the Hound
-Homeward Bound
-Beauty and the Beast
-Aladdin
-The Lion King
-Pocahontas
-Toy Story
-Lion King 2
-Air Bud (It was huge at my school.. D: )
-Aristocats

This is where my childhood with Disney kinda came to a halt as far as seriously collecting movies, however I still went onto enjoy more recent stuff like Lilo and Stitch, Underdog, and Pixar films such as Monsters Inc, Cars, and Finding Nemo.

I really want to see Bolt when it comes out on DVD, and as lame as it sounds the Beverly hills chihuahua movie too.. I got my own chi around the same time it came out, plus talking dogs are always cute. c:

I'm not shy to admit I've watched some of these movies recently. Aspiring Illustrators and mom's (I'll fit into this category hopefully one day) have a duty to watch this stuff ya know. :p Brings back good memories too.

The Jungle Book, The Lion King and Bambi.

"Be Prepared" is the best Disney song EVER. When I was a kid, we had the Lion King soundtrack and I used to put it in repeat. Scar=win.

Beauty and the Beast. Gaston was hilarious, and Belle was hot.

Sleeping Beauty: By far my favorite Disney Classic, it never gets old, and if I am correct, it was the first Disney Classic to involve profanity.

The Great Mouse Detective: I used to watch this movie, over and over as a little kid. My grandparents owned the movie, then I ended up sneaking off with it one evening.

Pocahontas: I went through a phase, where I learned that I had ancestors who were Blackfoot native Americans, and I refused to be anything for Halloween but Pocahontas. I even refused to remove my moccasins, until one day they "went missing".

As mentioned above, The Sleeping Beauty... Also, Toy Story 1, Lilo and Stitch, Kim Possible(i think there's a movie), and Finding Nemo...

My least favorite must be Cars, didn't really got into it

Lion King. That movie was simply epic. I mean, it had a well developed story line, good animation style, and just a really epic movie. The characters were also good, decent musical numbers, and also has a good amount of action/humor.

EDIT: I forgot a few others. Those include 101 Dalmations, Aladin, and Lilo and Stitch (I remember a few years ago, I was a huge Stitch fan. Most, if not all, of my pins (Pin Trading) involve Stitch in some way).

I can't believe no-one's mentioned The Emperor's New Groove yet! Absolutely hilarious movie. For all those who haven't seen it, watch it. Now.

Atlantis is also good. Most of what Disney made after it was bad IMO.

Like most of the people here, I love the Lion King. I watched it to death when I was little.

I have watched most of the "Disney Princesses" movies, but only once or twice a long time ago, so I don't really remember them.

I really like Enchanted as well. Good parody of Disney Princess movies.

Toy Story and hell, virtually anything from Pixar. The creativity these guys have is just astounding. Everything they've done is an instant classic. Great for both kids and adults, which is a good thing surprisingly.

The Lion King was also really good in my opinion.

No Pinocchio? That movie was one of the greatest pieces of animation to me it conveyed a beautiful, sad, and frightening story of a boy who just doesn't understand the world and dies (then is reborn) for it.

There was also Fantasia although that Night on Bald Mountain thing gave me nightmares.

How did I forget to mention that movie?! o.O I love that movie! I've been quoting in my every day speech since it came out some 5-8 years ago. xD

Tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme..
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

That was such a beautiful song! The music, the characters, the setting, the ending, everything! It was funny and touching. Close in second would have to be Hercules.

Oh my, where to start?

Beauty and the Beast: I love Chip. ^^

Little Mermaid: I used to always watch it.

Enchanted: I still watch it. :P

Emperor's New Groove: :xd: Hilarious!

Pirates of the Caribbean: I think the first is the best.

Sleeping Beauty: When I was four I watched it 24/7

And there is probably a lot more that I forgot. =/

*Sigh* The movies now are so lame. -.-
Why couldn't they stick with the classics?!

If we include Pixar, I would say Incredibles. If it's just "Classic" Disney, then I would have to vote for The Emperor's New Groove, or Tarzan. New Groove is jsut great fun, and I really loved the fact that they made a great adventure movie with Tarzan. Plus I studied it in college, so it had a chance to grow on me more than some of the others.

Aladdin was always one of my favorites. But as all around Disney goes, Pirates of the Caribbean is my love, I'm so obsessed with those movies
Other movies that are great are Emporers New Groove, Tarzan, Great Mouse Detective, Lion King, Enchanted, and. All around though, my favorite Disney movie 'cartoon wise' would be Atlantis. That movie is so underrated, but my friend and I love it to death. Same goes for Treasure Planet, that was also a good movie.

I've a new disney movie in my favourites list named Wall-E. It's amazing how they can give a robot so much emotion without him having a voice. I also like the humor in the movie. I really like Auto for some reason, it's such a complex robot (I see new lights and moving parts everytime I see the movie) and he doesn't have feeling like the other robots have. He only follows his directive and nothing else.

The fact that I always see new things when I see a disney movie make them so awesome. Sadly Disney now goes to cheap high school musical and hannah montana crap -.-

Let me pull out my favorite Disney movies list... *searches*

Ah, here we are. My favorite Disney movies would include:

The Little Mermaid- My favorite movie as a kid; it still is, even now.

Wall-E- I love this movie! I felt so emotionally connected to it that it became one of my favorites. :)

Aladdin- I can recite the whole movie word for word. Need I say more? :P

The Lion King- Ah, a pure classic. I love the characters.

There are more to my favorite Disney movies list than just these, but if I were to go on, it would an extremely long post. So I'll just leave you guys with these. :)

My favorites would be from my top 5 (1 is the highest)

5. Mulan
I like how they show the ways of how an ordinary girl can make a difference in the world.

4. Lion King
Yes it's a classic but who would not want to watch this movie? i mean come on! Timon and Pumbaa singing the hakuna-matata

3. Toy Story 2
Yeah... I like the actors there. especially the comedic moments of buzz and his gang trying to rescue Woody while being nearly squashed by cars

2. Finding Nemo
This really touched my heart. A little boy who said he hates his father just because he is just trying to protect his only Son that lived from an attack from a Barracuda. then gets rescued by his Father while enduring Sharks, jellyfish, Comedic puns and a Big whale.

1. Wall-E
One reason only and here it is:

M-O just finishes cleaning the floor.
Wally is fascinated.
Impishly makes another mark.
M-O compulsively cleans it. Can’t resist.
M-O (bleeps): [Look, it stays clean. You got that?]
Wally wipes the bottom of his tread on M-O’s face.
M-O loses it.
Scrubs his own face.

Oh dear, when I was young, mom would only allow us to watch Disney movies. There are so many, but...hmm...here would be the ones I really adore.

1. The Nightmare Before Christmas - I watched this one all the time! I'm a big fan of Halloween, so it was perfect. Tim Burton did excellent with this piece.

2. The Little Mermaid - What can I say? I adored the music. It was good.

3. The Lion King - A true classic. Plus, I love lions. Simba was just so adorable! I can remember crying at the movie, too...

4. Beauty and the Beast - Another classic that I cried to.

5. Homeward Bound - I found the movies cute.

6. Tarzan - swinging from vines seems like fun~! Naw, it was just a cute movie.

7. Hercules - I can remember watching it more than once.

8. Enchanted - Watched that one kinda recently and really enjoyed it.

9. Aristocats - I've always loved cats, so that's a gimmie.

Uhm...that's at the top of my head. Can't really remember anything else at the moment.

I am crying for the people who chose Anastasia and Swan Princess. I will say this, neither of those are Disney movies. They are both pretty good Disney knock offs. You insult their creators who both hated Disney.

Anyways My top four:

Black Cauldron: None of you have heard of this film I am sure. It is Disney's first PG-13-rated movie in 1980. It is an adventure story and adventure appeals to me a lot. It is also the first Disney movie to not have a single song in it.

Beauty and the Beast: The most realistic Disney love story about how a girl saw a beast for more than just that. It is also the last movie to have Howard Ashman's full influence (Aladdin only had three of his songs)

Lion King: An amazing movie based on the tales of Macbeth in a furry sense. I'm not in it for the cheap characters like Timon and Pumba, I am in it for the deep tragedy. The sense of duty invovled. Then there is the love between a son and a father.

Pinocchio: A beautiful film that gets the award for a plot that could be shrunken down. That 's the charm though. The film is so aimless, and Pinocchio is such an innocent character that you can't help but love him. Jiminey Cricket's outdated humor is also one of the best things in the movie. The songs are just the emphasis on enjoyable. (I'd say more, but I'm in a rush.)

My favorite Disney movie would either have to be 101 Dalmatians or Beauty and the Beast.
I used to love 101 Dalmatians a lot. I have the movie on VHS still, I had quite a few children's books about it, too.
As for Beauty and the Beast, I love this movie for all its catchy songs. I still sing some of them, still today XD

Other ones would have to be Toy Story (Toy Story 3 comes out this year =o), Mulan (just the first one), the Incredibles, Wall-E, the Lion King (again, just the first one), a Goofy Movie and an Extremely Goofy Movie, and Finding Nemo.

Also, even though Disney didn't produce it, just distributed it, the Super Mario Bros. movie. Even though it was very horrible, and really made no sense to the series, I still enjoyed it.

Unfortunately Willow is Lucasfilm, not Disney. It's a great movie nonetheless! Rool & Franjean (the Brownies) were hilarious

My favorite Disney movie is probably Angels in the Outfield. Favorite animated is Lion King or Fantasia.

Why can't I edit my post? Is there a time limit of something?
Anyways, that was for the animated. I think the BEST Disney movie is Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. I loved that movie to no extent.

I just love The Road to El Dorado. I just loved the jokes in this movie.

As for an actual Disney movie, I' have to say The Lion King, The Rescuers Down Under and The Sword In The Stone

Beauty and The Beast is my favourite the music is wonderful and Belle is an excellant character and role model. She has her own mind and can think for herself I really respect that. Fatasia 1940 is a classic that Fantasia 2000 couldn,t match up to.

My other's are

Aladdin
Bambi
Dumbo
Cinderella
Sleeping Beauty

Even if you're too old for Disney movies, join in anyway. I bet you had a favourite at one point. Mine was this one -

Great songs, and I think the first cartoon movie to include some kind of 3D computer graphics too - the lava, for example.

You can NEVER be too old for Disney movies. I'm a major Disney fan and many of them would even make my "favorite movies of all time list".. In fact, I even have a lot of classic Disney songs such as "The Circle of Life" and "Under the Sea" on my iPod! I personally don't count Pixar movies as Disney movies, since Disney has nothing to do with the development of Pixar movies, they only market them. In recent years, Disney has put out a lot of stinkers such as Meet the Robinsons and G-Force. I'm glad that they're going back to classic form with "Princess and the Frog" which came out in 2009 and "The Snow Queen" which supposedly comes out in 2011 or 2012. Anyways, these are my personal favorites:

1. Aladdin
2. The Hunchback of Notre Dame (which is highly underrated, in my opinion)
3. The Lion King
4. Peter Pan
5. Beauty and the Beast
6. Tarzan
7. Mulan
8. Pinnochio
9. The Little Mermaid
10. Dumbo

As for my favorite Pixar movies, which are always of top quality (Except Cars, which I hated):
1. Up
2. Toy Story 3
3. Toy Story 2
4. Finding Nemo
5. Wall-E
6. Monsters Inc.
7. Toy Story
8. Ratatouille
9. The Incredibles
10. A Bug's Life

(Btw, the ballroom scene in Beauty and the Beast, which came out a year earlier than Aladdin, was actually the first to use 3D computer graphics)

I love Monsters Inc. and Wall-E

Does it count if it's a Pixar movie?

There is a huge list of Disney movies that I had seen. But Wizards of waverly place was the best movie that i had ever seen. Selena Gomez is my fav character. The theme song of Wizards of Waverly Place Movie was so nice..

Earlier I had read the news when Selena Gomez was about to left Wizards of Waverly Place Episodes (http://wizardsofwaverlyplace.download-tvshows.com/) show in between.... Her popularity can be judged from the fact that when show was being renewed for season 4, fans tweeted thousands of messages to her.. <3 selena gomez.
