As you might have guessed due to the name, the main item in Oracle of Seasons, used to change the Seasons once you obtain the power from the temple in Subrosia as time progresses in the game.

To be honest, I really didn't care for it, it was just sort of annoying to me, having to cycle through the seasons much less. And also having to use the item on top of the stumps.

But, it was a pretty neat item and the way that it affects the areas around you and helps you to progress through the game by growing vines, making ledges to climb on with snow, the flowers that grow in the spring, and so on.

I liked how you could do different stuff in each season but I hated to change them so often.

I would not say too often! But fun it was and fun it will be next time I play that masterful game.

Yeah, it is pretty cool, how the different seasons can completely change the areas look, and some of the interactive parts too. And having 4 of them is pretty cool, seeing as that makes for a wider range of possibility.

I like the Rod of seasons almost as much as the Harp, plus if(when considering how entertainment stripmines) this gets remade, the 3D effects of the area freezing over or everything growing and popping out in spring will be awesome.

Ah....the Rod of Seasons, I like it as much as the Harp of Ages.

I like it's effects, even though I had to do some tedious work just to change the weather. It also helps with the battle on Onox, when he uses and Imprisoned Din as the shield, the rod can back it away for a short time. But the seasons are the reason why I like the Rod.

In spring the flowers bloom and one flower can squeeze and spit you out to higher ground, It's fun!
In Summer, the waters Dry up, I liked the secret stashes of rupees and the old man who told me about the 4 golden beasts.
In Fall, the leaves fall off. A great way to randomly search items. I cut them all up with my Magic Boomerang.
In Winter, there are less monsters about, so it's safe to explore, though some places are inaccessible under all that snow..

I think it was nice because it made it harder.............

I didn't have much of a problem with it. I thought it was pretty cool, as the story revolved around that main item.

I liked the item, but it annoyed me that you had to change the seasons often.

The Rod of Seasons was awesome. Probarly one of the best Zelda items ever, atleast thats what I think. :) I dont get it why people are annoyed that you have to change so often...that is what makes it fun.
