Just saw this the other day, and it was very good IMO. Kind of short and lacked a bit of storyline, but still very good. Was good to find out it wasnt just another zombie movie. What do you guys think?

Great movie, it's based on a novel of the same name. I don't really see how it's lacking in story line but, definitely worth a watch.

I liked the part hes like driving through the empty city hunting some animals =P

great movie i give it a 9 out of 10. It did kind of lack storyline. LIke how the entire human race dyed or turned to zombies from this. wouldn't only sick people use it. It was REALLY sad when his dog, sam died. It was his only friend

It's a movie, for god's sake... it dosen't need to be realistic.

They aren't vampires in the movie. And they're like that because they found the cure for cancer through the virus of Rabies. Therefore it backfired on them and mutated the infected people because it was super powered rabies stuff.

Exactly what we already said...In the book they're vampires, but in the movie they aren't.
Hollywood changes a lot of stuff.

I noticed a major plot hole, why don't the 'mutants' starve? surely after 3 years of little to no sustenance they would starve right?

They feed. Lets, one example is when Robert Nevell chased the deer into the building, the dark seekers fed on the deer. So yes they do eat...

And since they come out at night, they can roam around for animals to eat. They might even eat eachother sometimes.

It`s actually a very good movie.
it`s action, thriller and a little comedy through the whole movie.

and if you are just here to throw trash on it, you can keep it for yourself

I give it a 7.5 out of 10 cuz the darkseekers weren't vampires, if they were vampires like the book it'd be a 9/10.

It was a pretty good movie, but I really didn't pay a ton of attention, so I really didn't know what was going on half the time.

Will Smith did an excellent job as always. I thought the movie was pretty good, but it seemed to me like it was missing something. I can't put my finger on what that something is though. I give it a 7/10.

Frankly I think you could put Will Smith in anything and it'd be at least nominally entertaining. Not ripping the movie just making a general point.

It was pretty good movie. Though I thought it was a tad short and felt like there could have been more to the story but entertaining as a movie in part about isolation and a fairly unknown world.

it was a great movie. it was so different to see will smith being so serious compared to his previous comedy roles. the movie was so sad and it really broke my heart when he had to kill his dog/ only companion there with him. it was what kept him sane. It was in ways sadder to me when he did that than when he died himself...odd i kno
