Who do you think would win? They both have Nine-tails/Bankai forms when they are needed. They are fighting in the deserted streets of Konohagakure.
I personally think Naruto would win. He has Rasengan/Shadow Clone Jutsu. And, even though I like Bankai better than the Nine-tails, I still think Nine-tails Naruto is stronger.
