Favorite terrain

So what is your favorite terrain in different zelda games? I am rather in to fields, hyrule field in TP is among the best in my opinion :)

I've always liked the forests of the Zelda series, especially the lost woods. In TP the lost woods were just amazing, but my favorite forest has to be the OoT lost woods.

Either the Field (Mainly TP0 or the Swamp in AoL. I love those ares. Now, I used to hate the swamp, but when I realised I could get (slow, mind you) experience gains, I ended up going there a lot.

The field is the best battleground, next to being inside. I'd say for that reason Hyrule field is the best place to run around, and it was justifiably put in there as the central hub for the Zelda games(excluding Wind Waker and PH)

Water all the way. I absolutly love Zora's Domain. The music isn't bad either

Field for me. Just kind of the memories of riding around on Epona for the damn great music that is played out there. It's nice and open too, I like big.

Definitely the water. I loved the places where the water was.

Not much of a battlefield, but it provided some great things.

forest for me.
why you ask? well... i just like nature.
in oot i really liked lost woods, but TP made a huge breaktrough with it.

I've always loved the fields in the Zelda games. That's where I spend most of my time. Especially after I beat a game. Second would be the water areas.

I like the fields the best. Riding through hyrule field with epona is the best :)

Field, and snow areas. Sure, they're scarce. But the in TP I loved how it looked.

Water was tempting to choose ( ecpecially in tp!!) but all in all I like forest, the oot forests were cool, but tp's were my favorites:)

While I like the feilds a lot, I loved the Ocean in the Wind Waker, it felt so free and open. Like it could go on forever. But my second favourite would be the feild in Ocarina of Time, it always brings back memories and sparks my imagination.

The Field in most games are very dramatic on landscaping. They go well with their overworld themes.

^^ I'm a fan of Zora's Domain, and I've also loved the games where water was significant through the game (Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass).

The field was a great place for me to train my bow and arrow skills. I would shoot the keese out of the sky and just have so much fun doing it! I also could train my sword skills on isolated enemies.

im not sure if this counts but there was an other selection i would say the sky like city in sky temple in the sky those places are the most epic and interesting to me

I was really close to saying forest, but in the end I had to go with Water. I love using the raft in LoZ and AoL, loved swiming in ALttP, loved Lake Hylia in OoT, was crazy about he the great bay in MM, and loved Lake Hylia in TP.

Then there was windwaker!! (Need I say more about water in WW? So Great!)

For some reason I've always loved forests and colorful areas like that.
Never really liked the deserts and such.

Water, Snow, scary places(heya shadow temple), forests

I like scary places (like the one above me), deserts (they are mysterious) and icy areas (I like the white & blue colors of the ice like in Snowhead in MM, Snowpeak in TP or the Ice Cavern in OOT) They're cool places! :)

I Like field because of TP. The fields are very easy to walk on and Like everyone says you can ride Epona on them easier ( Except me I can never ride Epona like a pro)

I say that to! It is very Nice. In Twilight Princess :) You can ride your horse easier so Like everyone says! Fields

I'm quite partial to fields and lakes, but more than those, I really enjoy the little areas found within. For instance, I've always loved the fishing hole, especially in TP. That was probably the most beautiful area of the entire game. But then I also like the little spring in OoT's Lost Woods, as well as the little area at the entrance of the Forest Temple. The little fairy lights, the trees... so serene.

I guess I just like the more peaceful areas. The lakes seem to hold a romantic feeling, especially OoT where you could watch the sun rise and set. The forest seems to be an area where one could enjoy a moment of tranquility and solitude.
