Miiverse Highlights: A Tie Between Three

Welcome to yet another Miiverse Highlights: Zelda Informer‘s Thursday Weekly Feature! Last week we held a #WeeklyPoll in which we asked you all what your two favorite characters were from The Wind Waker. Now that the week has passed, it’s my duty to take the most-voted character and find the absolute best art and screenshots I can find of them in all of Miiverse!

If you’re new to this feature, here’s how things go down. Miiverse Highlights consists of two things, a #WeeklyChallenge and a #WeeklyPoll. When a #WeeklyChallenge is issued, Zelda fans will be asked to draw something based on the Miiverse Community the challenge is posted in for a chance to have their drawing featured on our site. A #WeeklyPoll, on the other hand, will ask a question based on the series or a specific game where, after the week is done, I will take the most-voted answer and choose the best drawings and screenshots on Miiverse that I can find based on that answer.

For the first time in Miiverse Highlights history, the #WeeklyPoll’s most-voted answer is a tie between three. That’s right, we actually get a little bit more variety this time around with our top posts! Who were those three, you ask? They’re none other than Link, the King of Red Lions, and Makar! So, without further ado, here are the best pieces of art and screenshots I could find on Miiverse!

I apologize for the small amount of Makar in this post. I had an incredibly difficult time trying to find any posts regarding the little guy, so this was honestly the best I could do. I do think that drawing of him was cute enough to make up for it, wouldn’t you say? No? Ok.

Now, onto this week’s event! Since our previous event was a #WeeklyPoll, it’s time for another #WeeklyChallenge. In this new challenge we ask you all to draw your most memorable and/or favorite moment from The Wind Waker! Since this is a little more complex than our previous events, we won’t be giving an additional challenge this time around. You can find the #WeeklyChallenge posted on the Wind Waker HD Community. For easier access, make sure to follow our official NNID! If you’d like to submit a drawing, all you have to do is log into Miiverse through your 3DS or Wii U, find our latest event and leave a reply!
