- Located just south of Gerudo Town.
- You will need to complete the Divine Beast Vah Naboris dungeon before being able to access this shrine.

Walkthrough
After completing the Vah Naboris Dungeon, you can head south of Gerudo Town a bit and you’ll find the Sand-Seal Rally. Speak with Shabonne here and it will open up the Shrine Quest The Undefeated Champ. While playing the Sand-Seal Race you will need to stay on your shield at all times, going through all of the posts. The mini-game costs 50 rupees to play and in order to complete the shrine quest, you will need to beat the time of 90 seconds.
This is not a hard mini-game at all and as long as you make it to the end of the course without any significant hiccups, you should easily be able to get the 90 seconds. Going through the first few flags shouldn’t give you too much trouble. After the 4th one, there are some rocks in your way, and after the 5th one, there will be some boulders dropping into the racetrack. Slow down if needed, but just try to avoid the rocks and you should be fine.
There are only seven flags and then the finish line. As a reward, you will get the trophy, which comes in the form of a large orb. Pickup the orb and place it into the hole on the pedestal. This will cause the shrine to rise up from underground.
Inside the shrine, open the lone treasure chest to get a Radiant Shield. Speak with the monk Raqa Zunzo, and he will award you with a Spirit Orb.
