Two years after The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker came out, Nintendo was done creating the next game in the series, Four Swords Adventures. This game was different from most of it's predecessors though, because it was a four-player styled game. This meant that it
was not the traditional one player game, but a game that you could play with multiple people. A game like this had been released before, but as a side game with the Game Boy Advance version of A Link to the Past, and Nintendo was
finally trying to make it into a full-fledged game.
This game came out on the Gamecube in 2004, and it could be played with the Gamecube controller. If someone wanted to play with 2 or more people though, they had to buy enough game boy advances, and connector cords for each of them. This tended to turn off many people
from playing the game, for lack of supplies.
Now, 6 years later after it first came out, this game is usually considered a side game, for all of the reasons listed above. But it is still a full Zelda game to many people, and deserves all of the content that the other games in the Legend of Zelda series deserve.
