Now that you are back at the outskirts of the Palace of Winds use the Ocarina and head back to Hyrule Town. Once back here head to the bottom left part of Hyrule Town and go to the swiftblades house. Talk to him and he will teach you the Down Thrust technique and give you a tiger scroll.
Afterwards head up to North Hyrule Field. Continue north to the Hyrule Castle Garden. Head left and sneak by the guards that are patroling this area. At the end head down the stairs. In this passage just make your way right a screen and right through the door. Follow the path and head up through the first door. Here just head straight up through the following door to get back to the Elemental Sanctuary. Drop your sword and watch the animation of the fourth element fusing.
They will fuse to transform your sword into the Four Sword. If you charge your sword and release it will shoot a beam. Link will do so on the stone ahead and it will vanish creating a passage to a door. Quickly head through it.
Head up and view the stained glass pictures to here the story of a hero and information on the lite force.
The King of Hyrule will appear but than Vaati will show himself as he was inside the King. He will thank Link and Ezlo for finding our where the lite force is. He will then shoot a beam out at Link and knock him out. He will vanish and ezlo will awake Link. From here head back down a screen. Clone Links and step on the switch at the bottom and exit this area.
Head down and you will immediately notice a difference in the look of the Castle. The two guards and the minister have been turned to stone by the power of Vaati. Charge your sword and shoot a beam at each one to return them to normal. They will tell you that Vaati is taking Zelda to the rough and they will allow you to pass.
