 | Use the Ocarina to warp to Hyrule Town. Once here head north out of the town and then head to the north-east part of the field. There are two boulders that can be bombed, do so and then head right to enter Veil Falls. Right away you can jump into the water and you'll see a piece of heart on a piece of land so grab it. Afterwords head back onto the platform you originally came into this region from. |
 | Head up accross the bridge and fuse kinstones with the stone and it will open up. Its dark so you use your lantern. Kill the enemies and head up the stairs. You can kill this enemy using the gust jar. Place a bomb at the top-right between the boulders. In this room open the chest to get some mysterious shells. Nothing else further for no so head back through the door and exit the cave. Climb the wall and there is another tombstone that reveals a wind crest. Continue north and enter a cave. Defeat the enemies and bomb the wall on the right. Head insice and open the chest for some more mysterious shells. Head back left. |
 | Head down the stairs at the far left and grab the rupees that around around. Nothing else here so head back up. Head up the stairs on the right side to get to a chest that has 100 rupees in it. There is a fairy in the barrel on the far right. The exit at the bottom-left will just take you in a circle so exit through the door at the bottom-right. Climb the wall to enter Veil Springs. Just head left and up the ladder here. There is a huge whirlwind that is called a vortex. Just walk into it and Link will make his way up to the Cloud Tops. Kinstones seems to be a theme on the Cloud Tops. You should fuse kinstones with anybody you see here on the Cloud Tops. Head right and walk into the red tornado and Link will make his way up. |
 | Make your way to the right and open the chest for a kintsone piece then just fall down through the opening here. There is a a shark type enemy here. He will stay under the clouds and then dive out. He is only vulnerable when he dives out. I recommend just avoiding him and head up to the next tornado. |
 | Take out your mole mitts here and dig through the cloud area. At the top-right there is another kinstone so dig your way to it. Drop down the next hole on your left. Fuse kinstones with the golden kinstone and it will make the wind blow, but only one of the fans at the entrance will blow. Head up the whirlwind. |
 | Jump into the floating whirlwind and fly your way all the way to the left using the oth whirlwinds to stay flying. Don't mind the platforms you pass, you need to get to the one at the top-left that has a chest on it. There is some area where you can dig with the mole mitts. At the top-left there is a hidden kinstone. If you dig around that area you will reveal two chests that each have 50 mysterious shells. Open the chest at the bottom for another Golden Kinstone. |
 | Jump back into the whirlwind and fly directly east to another platform. Depening on which side you landed on you might need to dig your way to the right to find a hole. Fall down and defeat the two shark enemies. Once defeated grab the Golden Kinstone that appears and then head back up using the red whirlwind. |
 | Use the whirlwind to head left again. You want to land on the cloud that is just under the one that you landed on earliar. Fall down the hole and kill the enemy here using arrows. The closer you get to him he will hide in the cloud. After he is through with head up and fuse kinstones with the golden kinstone. Head back down and up the red whirlwind. Fly your way to the cloud at the bottom-left. Dig your way to the chest for some mysterious shells. Fall down the hole here. You can defeat the two shark enemies here and then head up and defeat the cloud enemy. Fuse kinstones with the Golden kinstone so now three of the fans are blowing. Head up the red tornado right here and open the chest for another golden kinstone. |
 | Fall back down and head through the red tornado at the bottom-right of this cloud. Fall down the hole on the right and defeat the two shark clouds and it will reveal another golden kinstone, so go and grab it. Head up the tornado here and open the chest for 50 mysterious shells. Then take the whirlwind to the cloud that is south-east. There is a small hole on the right, fall down it. Use your mole mitts here and dig through the two sections of clouds for two kinstones. Fall down the hole here and fuse kinstones with the golden kinstone. Only one more kinstone needs to be fused with and that is on the first cloud you saw when you got onto Cloud Tops. Head up the red tornado. Jump onto the tornado at the top and make your way up and left to another platform. Dig your way through to another tornado and make your way to the top-right of this section. Fly just south to get back to one of the first clouds you were at. Drop down the hole on the left side and fuse the final Golden Kinstone. |
 | This will create another huge whirlwind vortex. Head over to hit and head up. First thing to do is check the tombstone to create another Wind Crest. Head into the building and head to the left and open the two chests for two kinstone pieces. Then head back down through the door and up the stairs. Head to the room here and open the chest for another kinstone and then fuse with the girl there. Then head up the stairs again. Fuse with the man here and head to the room for three more kinstones. Head up the stairs again to the fourth floor. Walk into the room and open the chests and then talk to the person here. After some story of things you already know you are now allowed to head up the final set of stairs. Talk to the guy in front of the stairs and he will let you pass. Head up them and make your way to the Whirlwind Vortex. Jump into it to enter the Palace of the Winds. |
