 | Once you enter you can lift the four jars to get some hearts if you need any. Head right a screen. There are a couple bomb people in here. Strike them once and get away as they will blow up. Kill all of them and place a bomb along the wall at the top and head up a screen. |
 | These two guys in here cannot be harmed by your sword. They will roll up and spin into you. Use your shield and it will flip htem over. Then you can strike them with your sword. Kill both of them and open up the big chest that appears to get the Compass. Head left a screen. Kill the enemy here and lift the pots for various things. Then head down the stairs. |
 | Kill the bomb guy and head left. Kill the other bomb guy and head up the stairs. Make your way around to the bottom-right and head right. Kill the enemies and jump on the cart. Its quite a fast ride. Once you are off head left, kill the enemies, and head left once more. Bomb the wall on the left and head through it. Use the gust jar to kill all the enemies and a shrinking stone will appear. Jump on it and shrink down in size. Head through the passage at the top-right and continue your way right and then down through the small tunnels. |
 | In this new area head left and then jump down the cliff. Walk over the the stone and revert back to normal size. You can swing your sword to get rid of spots of flames. Head up the stairs and open the chest to get the Dungeon map. |
 | Head back down the stairs and quickly move accross the platforms to get to the chest. Open it to get a Kinstone piece. Hit the switch here and then head accross the boulders again. This time doing down. Use the gust jar to suck the barrels to clear the path. Make your way to the door at the bottom-left. There is a moving platform here. Get on it and get off it quickly when it reaches the other side of the lava. |
 | Hit the enemies here and they will curl up. You can then throw them into the holes. Be sure to throw one into the hole in front of the chest. Open it to get 50 rupees. Also throw one in front of the pots at the top so you can head up the stairs. If you accidentally hit them into the lava just headb ack right a screen and come back and they will be back. Head up the stairs. |
 | Use the tornado here and head down to the other tornado. Then make your way right and up to the other set of stairs. Step on the switch at the top-right to open the door. Don't mind the chest here yet. Push the regular block up one. Then push the other block thats under the chest all the way left so it falls in the hole. Open the chest to get a small key and then head up a screen. Back in this area head all the way right and ride the cart again. |
 | Once off the cart use the key here and head left. Walk accross the track and hit the lever to switch the track. Head back right and jump back on the cart once again. Head left, defeat the enemies and head up a screen. Jump in the hole to avoid the traps and jump out when its clear. The cart is flipped so just walk over the tracks on the right. Kill the enemies here and then lift the pots at the bottom. Bomb the wall and head down a screen. Grab the heart container here and head back up. |
 | Head up through the door at the top. Jump down the ledge here and 8 metal enemies will appear. Equip your bombs and sword. The bombs will stun them when they are in rock form or you can just time it with your sword. Once they have all been defeated a chest will appear. Open it to get the Cane of Pacci. Head left a screen. Use your brand new Cane of Pacci on the second boulder to flip it around so you can get accross. Use the Cane on the small hole there and then jump into the hole and it will swing you over the wall. Step on the switch and a warp will appear. The door at the bottom will also open so head through it. |
 | Naturally, use the Cane on the cart here and then ride it. Once you are off head under it and push the block thats under the chest up and into the hole. Open the chest for a small key. Now ride back on the cart again. Head up a screen. Jump down the ledge and unlock the door. Then head down the stairs. Head to the stone and shrink down in size. Then head left passed the traps and head through the tunnel. |
 | Walk around this maze and revert to normal size at the stone. Now head back through the maze avoiding the moving spikes. Use the cane on the cart to flip it over. Jump on the cart. It will go one room and stop. Hit the switch here to change the tracks. Jump back on the cart again. |
 | In this room hit the four enemies so they curl up and throw each of them into the four holes under the cart. Then pull the switch out all the way to the left and then up. Push it into the hole here and hit the switch to lower the gate. Head up the stairs and up a room. Head all the way up and jump off the ledge. Open the chest to get a blue Kinstone. Push the block to get out. |
 | Use the cane on the hole here and jump into it to get to the upper ledge. Open the chest here to get a Green Kinstone. Jump off the ledge and head right. |
 | Get rid of the flames here and then use the Cane on the moving platoform to flip it. Time yourself and head accross the two platforms to get to the middle of the room. Step on the switch here to activate a red portal. Head back left and use the cane on the same moving platform to get back to the left side of the room. There are several moving platforms to the bottom. Ride the moving platform down and use the Cane to flip the platforms there. Be sure to time yourself right. Make your way down and right to get to the safe ledge. Use the gust jar on the barrels and then use the moving platform to get to the ledge at the right. There a bunch more platforms here. Use the same strategy to make your way all the way to the top-right of this screen. Head up a screen. Climb the ladder and jump off the ledge. Head right a screen and void the traps here to get to a chest containing a green Kinstone. Head back left a screen. |
 | Use the cane on the top hole to get to the upper ledge. Jump off the ledge to the left. Use the cane on the hole here and jump into it to jump up to the tornado. Head up to the upper ledge. Make your way right a screen. There is another tornado here. Just under the tornado there is a path. Jump onto the tornado and follow the path to get to the next ledge. Head left a screen and then down a screen to get to the next tornado. Jump on the tornado and head all the way down to another tornado. Head to the very bottom-right to get to a chest container 100 rupees. Jump off the ledge. Use the cane to give you a boast to get to the tornado. |
 | Head left to the high platform. Get on another tornado and head left. Follow the tornado path until you can get to the bottom-left of the room where there is a area of land. Land there and open the chest to get yet another green kinstone. |
 | Now use the Cane on the hole to jump up to the tornado. Fly to the right and up to get to another tornado which will lead to a high platform with a big chest. Open the chest to get the Big Key. Jump off the top side of this ledge. Use the cane on the platform to your left and ride it upwards to get the the big door. |
 | Use the Big Key and head up. Lift all the jars here for some hearts. There are also two fairies here so you can catch one in your bottle if you have room. After you are done with that fall down the hole to get to the Boss Chamber. |
 | The Boss Chamber consists of a fire pit in the center which holds the boss, Gleerok. Equip your sword and Cane of Pacci. You need to move quickly around hte fire pit until you are behind or to the side of Gleerok. When you get a chance, use the Cane on Gleerok to stun him. |
 | Once you have stunned him, run up his neck and strike the center part of his body repeatedly. Careful as after a couple seconds he will awake so try to get off his neck or Link will lose some health for fallin in the lava. After he awakes rocks will fall from the ceiling. Try to dodge them while staying as close to the wall as possible because hte Lava pit will stretch out. He will then start spitting more and more fire out at you. If you need some health, strike the flame spots on the ground and some hearts may appear. Stun him again with the cane again and strike him again. Repeat this until you have defeated Gleerok. |
 | Once you have defeated Gleerok you will be rewarded with the Fire Element! |
 | Afterwords, grab the full heart container here and head through the portal to be warped to just outside the Cave of Flames. |
