From just outside Deepwood head south back to Minish Village. Back in the village just exit this house and head all the way left to see the elder in the house with the yellow roof. He tells you that you now need to head to Mt. Crenel to see a man named Melari. He will move to the left and push down the curtain revealing an exit. He tells you to take this exit, so do so.
Continue left to get back to the Minish Woods. Head through the tunnel here and enter the tiny house here. Talk to the guy inside and he will give you a bomb bag that is filled with 10 bombs because he has heard such great things about you. Afterwords exit the house and head to the tree stump here and press R while next to it to revert back to regular size. Head up and therse a tombstone here. You can examine it and it will vanish but it is of no importantec as of now. Head left across the bridge.
Head south and you will see a couple bouldesr that can be bombed. Use your bombs and head down and then left and out of the Woods and back into Eastern Hills. Just head up a screen here. Head left and you will notice a wall that can be bombed. Use a bomb and enter the cave. There are two enemies in here and a treasure chest. Open the chest to get 20 mysterious shells. Now exit the cave. Head up the stairs on the left and follow the path and head up a screen. Head left a screen to get to South Hyrule Field.
Just head left until there an opening at the top, then head up to Hyrule Town. once you enter town and head up a bit you will be confronted by a musician and he will tell you about Kinstones. He will give you a Kinstone Bag for free so now you can hold kinstones. He will then tell you how to fuse kinstones. He will fuse a kinstone with you and it will unveil a cave in South Hyrule Field. He will then head off with the children following him.
Head south back to South Hyrule Field. Head all the way down and then all the way to get to the cave in the tree. Enter the cave and grab the Heart piece that is there. Now head back left and up to get back to Hyrule Town.
Right when you enter town head right. The first house there is the shop. Purchase the Rupee Bag for 80 rupees. If you don't have the rupees, just continue on with the walkthrough as you will get lots of rupees in the cucco game just ahead. The Boomerang is also for sale for 300 rupees here. You will come to get this baby a bit later on.
Now head to the bottom-right of the Town and talk to the women to play the cucco game. The first time she will only ask you to catch two of her cuccos. The reward is 10 mysterious shells. You can keep re-playing the game. Each time you will need to get more cuccos and there will be other rewards. Each time you will be rewarded with mysterious, rupees, and a kinstone. Each cucco you get, you will get more and more rupees. Keep playing the game over and over until you get the 300 rupees needed to get the Boomerang from the store.
Head back to the shop now and purchase the Boomerang for 300 rupees. Exit the shop and now head to the house at the bottom-left of the Town.
Speak to the Swiftblade here and he will teach you how to do the Spin Attack. All you need to do is hold down your sword until its charged, and then release and Link will do a a Spin Attack. The swordsman will give you a Tiger Scroll. It is in the save screen and it tells you how to do the Spin Attack. Afterwords exit the building. Head to the center of town and clear the dust here as it will be usefull later on.
Head into the house at the top-right of the Town, which is the Mayors house. Head through the exit on the right side of the house and head down the stairs. Open up the chest here to get a Red Kinstone. Head back up the stairs and go up the the Mayor and press L to fuse Kinstones with him to reveal another cave which is not accesible just yet.
Exit the Mayors house and now make your way to the top-left part of town. There is a guard that is blocking your way but will let you go by once you perform the Spin Attack for him. Before heading left make sure you have at least 20 rupees. If not play the cucco game or search Hyrule Field for rupees. Then head left to enter into the Trilby Highlands.
Just head left and head down the ladder here. In this area there is a wall that can be bombed on the right side. Bomb it and head through. Use your shield to kill the Buisness scrub here. He will offer to sell you a bottle for 20 rupees. Purchase it and then head back left and up the stairs. Now head up along the yellow path. Do not take the bridge up but instead head left. Cross the first bridge here and then head left to get to Mt. Crenel Base.
Take out the bottle and move to the edge of the water and swipe with the bottle to fill it up with water. Climb the vine all the way on the left for an easy 20 rupees.
Head back down and use the water you just filled up on the sprout right there to grow a vine. Don't mind the cave that can be bombed right next to the vine, as it will only give you a hint on how to get the bottle we already got. Now head up the vine and continue north. Head up the steps here, defeat the enemies, and then head left. There will be a cracked wall at the top here, so bomb it and enter. Grab the rupees and fairies here and exit the cave.
There a bunch of dust balls to the bottom, so use your gust jar to clear the path and head south and then east. There is a space here next to a sign that you can place a bomb. Do so and enter the cave that appears. Kill or avoid the enemies and head up the stairs. Back outside place a bomb on the cracked rock here and then shrink down to size on the big stone. Now head right past the rock we just blew up and make your way around and it will eventually zoom in.
Just head up here killing the enemies. Fill up your bottle here with some Crenel Hot Spring Water. Now backtrack to the big stone and return to normal size. Head back down the stairs and through the cave. Now head west and you will get another cracked wall which can be bombed. If you are out of bombs, there is a deku scrub in the cave to the left of the cracked wall that will sell you some for 10 rupees. Bomb it and enter the cave. Grab on to the mushroom to get accross. Head up the stairs here. Some new enemies here, just use the gust jar to suck up there needles and then you can kill them with the gust jar or the sword.
Head right and out of the cave. Kill the enemy and jump into the whirlwind here. It will allow Link to fly. Fly to the higher ledge on the left. If you are losing altitude fly over the other whirlwind. Once on the ledge head left and all the way up to get to a new area, Mt. Crenel. Head up and place a bomb and enter the cave that appears. Place three bombs on the three blocks here. Get the heart container, and open the two chests for a Kinstone piece and a bunch of rupees. Exit the cave and head down a screen.
Head all the way down and then head up the stairs here. Once above the stairs clear up all of the dust with the gust jar. A small crack in the ground and large stone is hidden under the dust, after its cleared jump onto the stone and press Z to shrink down in size. Once you are small jump down the small hole that was cleared from the dust. Talk to the guy here to find out about Crenel Beans. Then open the chest to get a Kinstone Piece. Now climb the ladder.
Back outside head right and climb up into the tiny cave here. Kill the enemies as you make your way around this maze like room and then head up. Avoid the spikes on the ground and open the chest here to get another Kinstone. Backtrack out of this cave. Back outside make your way around to the top-left of this area and head into the small passage.
You will get a zoomed up view once again. Kill the enemies as you head up. There is a Giant Seed here. Pick it up and then carry it back down and out of this area. Drop it in the hole just to the right here. Now head back to the Large stone and revert back to normal size. Use the Mt. Crenel Miniral Water to make the vine grow. Now climb up it to get to Mt. Crenel. Climb up the ladder on the left and then head left. Bomb the wall in the open area here and head into the cave that appears. Reminder, if you run out of bombs, back track to the cave I stated before to buy some from a buisness scrub. There are some fairies and a heart piece. Grab it and exit the cave.
Head down the stairs and then head all the way east. Thers a bunch of enemies here so be careful. At the end head up the narrow bridge and place a bomb against the wall here. Enter the cave that appears. Kill the enemies, lift the jars, and then open the chest to get another Kinstone. Head up the stairs here. Kill the enemies and lift the jars to get some bombs. Place two bombs in the center of the two cracked boulders to blow both of them up with one bomb. Push the right block up 1, and the top block up 1. Exit the cave.
Use the two whirwinds to fly to the ledge on the left. Head up the stairs. Head right and bomb the wall and enter the cave. Defeat the Buissness scrub and then buy the Grip Ring for 40 rupees. With the Grip Ring you can now climb things that you werent able to climb before. Exit the cave and climb down the wall on the right. Move the rocks and then use the muchroom to launch yourself to the left. Use the whirwinds to get to the ledge on the left again. Head all the way left and jump off the ledge here. Go left and start your climb up Crenel Wall.
Head all the way to the right and go onto the area of land here and place a bomb against the wall. Enter the cave that appears. Walk up to the fountain and throw a bomb in there. A Great Fairy will come out and ask if you threw a Golden Bomb, a Silver Bomb, or neither. Chose neither and she will reward you with a bigger Bomb Bag. Now Link can carry up to 30 bombs. Exit the cave. Continue up Crenel Wall and head all the way up until you head up a screen and get to a new area. Kill all the enemies here and then head to the mushroom at the right and launch yourself over the gab.
It will now start to rain. Use the large stone here to shrink down. Head down the only path you can and head right. There is a small passage and the screen will zoom in. The water drops are like rocks here so be careful as you head right. Continue right and up and revert back to normal size with the other large stone. Head left and push the small block into the hole so you can now travel from the left to the right side. There is another hole near the first huge stone and the rock that needs to go in that hole is all the way on the right. Go to the rock and push it left 1, up 2, left 1, up 2, left 4, down 1, left 10, up 4, and then right 1 to get it in the hole. Push the other boulder out of the way and head down the stairs.
Defeat the two enemeies as you head down. Move the upper block to the left. Then move left and push the bottom block to the left. There are two blocks next to eachother here. Push the bottom one to the left and the top one up. Make a u-turn here and push the block directly below you down. Now walk all the way around to the top-left. There are two blocks next to eachother here. Push the bottom one to the right and the top one up. There is one block above a set of four blocks. Push the one block to the right. Then push the block on the left down and the 3rd block from the left down. Then move the now middle block to the left to get by. If you are lost take a look at how the blocks are arranged in the picture. Exit the cave.
Head right and enter another cave. You need to first kill the enemy on the bottom side, and then suck in the jars on the top side to allow Link to use the mushroom to get across. Kill the enemy and head down the stairs. You need to place a bomb and throw it across the activate the switch to let the bridge come accross. Head down and exit the cave. Just kill the enemy and enter into the next cave.
Another puzzle where you need to push the boulder into the whole. You need to push the rock down 1, left 2, down 2, left 3, up 1, left 1, up 1, and left 1 to get it in the hole. Then push the state you up and head down the stairs. Push the blocks as shown in the picture, then open the chest to get a Blue Kinstone. Then exit the cave. Jump on the big stone here and shrink down in size. Then head to the top-left and it will zoom in.
Just head left and then down at the end of the passage. You will enter Merlari's Mines. Follow the long path to the middle of the area. Talk to the boss and he will agree to forge your sword and tells you that you need to get the other elements. Head up the first set of stairs and then man blocking the door will now let you pass to the left, so do so. Use the big stone to revert back to normal size. You can examine the tomb here, but its of no use right now. Head up the stairs and enter the second dungeon, The Cave of Flames.
