- Play the Ballad of the Gales and warp to the Mother and Child Isles (second square from the left, second square down). When you arrive another Great Fairy will reveal herself. This is the queen of fairies.
- She asks you if you can control the wind and tells you that she is indeed the queen of fairies. She tells you that she will give a new power to your bow and releases two fairies. They fly into Link's chest and give him the power to shoot fire and ice arrows.
- She tells you that the fairies in the fountain will ease your weariness and that you are welcome to use them as you need to. She tells you that you are just her type, then vanishes once more.
- Warp back to Windfall Island and head up towards Zunari's shop, the place where you purchased the sail. On the path there, you should find a woman in an orange dress standing outside by a sign. Use your Deluxe Picto Box to take a pictograph of her and show it to her. Be sure her whole body is in it. Show her the pictograph and she'll talk about how 'attractive' she looks. She'll reward you by giving you Treasure Chart #33.

- Crawl through the hole in between the two chests and drop down. Try not to pass the counter as you do this, as you may be seen. Take a pictograph of Lenzo and Minenco talking, then head outside. If you mess up, just get back up to the second floor and try again.
- Speak with the two women out in front of Zunari's shop, Pompie and Vera. They will be talking about Lenzo. Show them the pictograph you just took and they will reward you with Treasure Chart #24.
- Now that we have collected a bunch of stuff, let's go learn a new song so we can get even more! =D

- Return to the tombstone where we found Jun-Roberto when we were playing hide-and-go-seek with the Killer Bees. Speak with Tott and he'll tell you he loves to dance. He says he can remember a magical dance, but not the rhythm. Pull our the wind waker and just let it go. He'll remember the rhythm and teach you the Song of Passing.
- Play the Song of Passing that you just learned and get back on one of the carts to the windmill. Shoot a fire arrow into the spinning part at the very top to light it up and reveal a chest. Don't go to open it just yet though. Get back off the Windmill and speak with Kreeb for Piece of Heart #19. |

- Head down to the postbox and check it. You should have 2 letters in it. The first one will be from Tingle, and will cost you 201 rupees to get. That's a lot! Pay it and you'll receive the IN-credible Chart enclosed in the letter. The second one will be a letter from Aryll telling you that she's fine and she'll enclose 20 rupees, how sweet.
- Go to the bomb shop and blow the wind to the south and use the Deku Leaf to float over to the small island with the chest on it. Open the chest for Piece of Heart #20, completing another Heart Container.
- Play the Song of Passing and head back to Maggie's house and through the door. |

- Maggie's father and Llari, the postman, will be arguing. Llari gets upset and has to leave before he does something to Maggie's Father. Leave the house and head to the cafe. Speak with Llari again and he'll apologize for his actions before.

He'll ask you to deliver the letter, so tell him yes. Return to Maggie's House and give her the letter. She'll read it and thank you by giving you Piece of Heart #21. Speak with Maggie's Father and give him 20 skull necklaces. He'll reward you with Treasure Chart #2. |

Speak with Zunari until he gives you a Town Flower. With that, return to the King of Red Lions. |

- Now that we have the ability to use cyclones to get to nearly every spot we need to go, let's collect a few things. Blow the wind west and sail one square in that direction to Spectacle Island. Head to the top of the island and speak with Salvatore.

Play his game and sick all five 'pirate ships' with your cannon balls. When you win the first time, he'll give you Piece of Heart #22. Play again and win once more for Treasure Chart #17. It's worth mentioning that you can hit the barrels if you raise the number of degrees by 5. So if you're short at 30, don't go to 33, go to 35 and you'll still hit it. |

- Warp to Dragon Roost and use Treasure Chart #39 to pull up a silver rupee. Head east one square to the Flight Control Platform. This game can be kind of difficult. Climb the platform and blow the wind northwest before you play. Speak with Obli and he'll ask if you want to play. Tell him yes and he'll charge you ten rupees and send you up the ladder. Willi tells you that you have to pass the banner to win.

- The game can be difficult to get, but keep trying for that Piece of Heart. You need to catch the first, second, and third updrafts to make it, and continually hold the control stick towards the goal. If you get the first three updrafts, just push for the goal and don't worry about the other two, otherwise you'll run out of magic before you cross the goal. |

- Play the game on the Flight Control Platform and cross the goal at the end. They brothers will be so impressed that they will reward you with Piece of Heart #23. |

- To the west of the actual platform there is a small submarine. Sail over to it and enter. Defeat all the enemies inside and climb the ladder that appears. Open the chest for the Platform Chart. Head back outside and warp to Greatfish Isle (second square from the left, fourth one down). Sail to the island and look for a small raft amongst the tiny island parts.

Speak with the person on the raft and he'll tell you he's a traveling merchant. Show him the Town Flower and he'll ask you if you'll trade for a Sea Flower. Pay the 20 rupees and you'll get a Sea Flower in exchange for your Town Flower. Trade him his Sea Flower back for an Exotic Flower after paying 25 rupees. |

- Warp to Forest Haven and use Treasure Chart #31 to find Piece of Heart #24. Sail north one square to Bomb Island and trade the merchant there your Exotic Flower for the Sickle Moon Flag. Pay the 40 rupees to get it.
- Bomb the rock on the top of the island and drop down the hole at the top. Force a magtail to curl up and set it down on the switch to go through the door. Walk the narrow path to the left and step on the switch, then follow the path where the flames just lowered. Roll the magtails and throw them into the circles of fire to lower the flames around the chest. Open it for Piece of Heart #25. |

- At Forest Haven, use Treasure Chart #31 to find and pull up a chest containing Piece of Heart #24. |

- Blow up the rock in the center of the island and clear the obstacles inside. Open the chest at the end to get Piece of Heart #25. |

|
- Leave through the door you came in and warp back to Greatfish Isle. Trade the merchant your Sickle Moon flag for the Fountain Idol... and you have to spend 65 rupees. Trade this back for the Skull Tower Idol, spending another 60 rupees.
- Warp to Tingle Island and sail northwest one square to the Mother and Child Isles. Trade the Merchant there your Skull Tower Idol for the Big Sale Flag, spending 35 more rupees. Use Treasure Chart #29 to find a chest containing a silver rupee. Return to Greatfish Isle and spend another 75 rupees to trade the Big Sale Flag for the Hero's Flag. |

- Complete the trading sequence with the traveling merchants. When you trade the Shop Guru Statue with the final one, he will give you Piece of Heart #26. |

- Trade the Hero's Flag back for the Postman statue, playing the Song of Passing if he won't trade with you. You'll have to spend 100 rupees to trade it though...
- Warp back to Tingle Island and sail once more to the Mother and Child Isles. Trade the Postman Statue for the Shop Guru Statue, spending yet another 200 rupees, but it's the last of the money we'll spend trading with these people.
- Return to Greatfish Isle and trade the Shop Guru Statue for Piece of Heart #26. Now, that wasn't too bad was it? |
- Sail southwest one square to Needle Rock Isle. Use your bow and arrows to shoot down the Kargorocs flying around the area. Use a Hyoi Pear to take control of a seagull and hit the switch on the top of the island. Return to Link and open the chest for Piece of Heart #27.
- Sail southeast one square to Five-Eye Reef. Head inside the reef and use your bombs to blow up the cannons on the walls. When they are all destroyed, a chest will appear. Climb to the tall western section of the outer wall, getting up on the southwestern side. Make sure the wind is still blowing east and jump to the central island, using the Deku Leaf to float. Open the chest for Treasure Chart #41. |

- Use a seagull and fly to the top of the island. Hit the switch and return to Link, opening the chest for Piece of Heart #27. |

- Sail west one square to Diamond Steppe Isle and use Treasure Chart #23 to find Piece of Heart #28, completing another Heart Container. Sail south one square to Horseshoe Island. Use Treasure Chart #9 to pull up a chest with a silver rupee in it.

Get onto the actual island and test your miniature golf skills. Grab a nut and throw it to try and get it in the hole, since the vines block your path. When you get it in, the vines will lower. Continue doing this until you reach the top. Use your deku leaf to knock the second and third ones into the hole.

- Now we'll need to go get a few of our Treasure Charts so we can get some rupees for this next little bit. First, warp to the Tower of the Gods and sail east one square to Eastern Triangle Island. Use Treasure Chart #34 to pull up a silver rupee, then sail east one more square. Use the Skull Hammer to pound down the stakes and head inside to see the great fairy. She'll give you a bigger quiver, allowing you to carry up to 60 arrows.
- Sail south two squares to the Cliff Plateau Isles and get up onto the island using the ramp. Hop across the small sections, following the path until you find a small hold. Drop into it and look to the left. Hopto the ledge, then to the one to the right. Cimb to the top and jump off the ledge to the next floating section. Climb to the top of this one and jump to the edge.
- Head up the small ramp and go around the vines. Kill the two boko babas and jump in the bulb left to get up to the edge. Hop across the way and shoot a fire arrow to burn the wood. Jump across using the Deku Leaf and head up into the light to get back up. |

To the south of the island there is a submarine. Sail to it and enter it, defeating the enemies to reveal a chest containing Piece of Heart #30. Leave the sub and warp back to the Tower of the Gods. Sail north one square
and use Treasure Chart #3 to pull up another silver rupee.
- Warp to Tingle Island and use Treasure Chart #10 to get another silver rupee. Sail north one square and use Treasure Chart #22 to find another silver rupee. |

- Enter the submarine to the south of the Cliff Plateau Isles and defeat the enemies inside. Open the chest for Piece of Heart #30. |

- Sail north another square to Northern Fairy Island and use Treasure Chart #24 to find yet another silver rupee. Sail west a square and use Treasure Chart #7 to get, you guessed it, a silver rupee. Now, sail west to the Forsaken Fortress and use Treasure Chart #25 to get yet another silver rupee.
- Sail south to Four-Eye Reef and destroy the cannons inside of the reef. Climb to the tall part on the western wall and blow the wind northeast. Jump, using the Deku Leaf, to the chest that appeared and open it for Treasure Chart #19. Use Treasure Chart #41 to pull up a chest containing the Great Fairy Chart. |

- Now sail south another square to Western Fairy Island. Pound the stakes and head inside. Speak with the great fairy for the final quiver upgrade, then leave and use Treasure Chart #8 for another silver rupee.
- Sail east one square to Rock Spire Isle and use Treasure Chart #2 to pull up Piece of Heart #31. Locate the two ships that shoot bombs at you and destroy them. Pick up the treasures they drop, one is an orange rupee, and the other is Piece of Heart #32.

Next, get on Beedle's Shop and buy Heart Piece #33, Treasure Chart #4, and Empty Bottle #4 from him, spending a total of 2350 rupees. That's a lot of money! If you didn't quite have enough, feel free to collect the treasures from the remaining Treasure Charts we have, or play the archery game with the fishman near the island. I'd choose the latter of the two options, but it's up to you.
- Head to the actual part of the island and use carefully timed bombs to blow up the rocks. Drop down the hole at the end and light the two torches to reveal a bunch of keese. Defeat them all and a chest containing Treasure Chart #37. |

- Maggie is a young girl that was rescued by Link from the Forsaken Fortress. She appears to be in love with a Moblin named Moe.
- Pompie and Vera are always found gossiping out in front of Zunari's Shop. They're favorite topic seems to be Lenzo.
- Kreeb enjoys seeing the windmill move on Windfall Island. He spends his days trying to get it to move and will be grateful to anyone that can get it to do so.
- A young romantic man. He enjoys looking at the full moon when it is out and is intrigued by its beauty.
- He became fascinated with the Rito as a child. He can be found running the game on the Flight Control Platform.
