Before I get in to this, it would be in your best interest to do some sub-quests before going into the 8th dungeon. After you did or did not do any sub-quests head into the blank spaces of your map, at the top. In other words go to the tree in Spool Swamp “the Pegasus seed tree”. Go right 1 screen and down 3. Go right one screen and up 4 screens. Go right 1 screen, go up 2 screens and enter the tree trunk.

Temple Remains

Kill both robotic Knights, well I just discovered they are actually called Darknuts. After they’re dead go up one screen, go right a screen using Rocs Cape. Enter through the entrance. Go right one screen get on the stump and change the season to fall. Go left 2 screens kill the Darknut and go up one screen use a Pegasus seed and rocs cape to cross over the leafed pits and avoid the Tektites to go up a screen. Go down 2 screens and change the season to winter. Go up one screen, and go right one screen. Jump over the pit go across the snow path and go down one screen. Now enter the portal.

Subrosia

Go up the steps and enter the building. In here there is a Subrosian throwing things in a pit. Where’d he get those things you’re probably thinking? Don’t mind that just join him by throwing a bomb in the pit. Watch this short and cool cut-scene. Go back in the portal.

Temple Remains

Go up a screen. You could bomb the cracked wall if you want to. The only thing that’s in there is a heart piece. Now go right one screen, and go down one screen. Change the season to summer and go right a screen kill both of the Lynels and go up the vines. Hop from land-to-land and go left one screen, jump across the pit and enter the cave. Equip your gloves to attract yourself to the S-block and go left and attract your self to the other S-block. And go up the stairs at the top of the room. Push the rock at the right down; push the rock that was across from it left and the one below that one down. Go across the catwalk and push the rock bottom rock up and push the top rock right, and go up the stairs. Kill both Lynels, go left one screen, and go down the stairs. Jump across a pit and jump across the smallest part of the big pit, And go up at the top of the screen and go left one screen. Keep going left and go up the stairs. Go left two screens and enter the room. If you’re low on health get the fairies then go in the portal.

Subrosia

Go up 2 screens and enter the volcano.

Level 8 Sword & Shield Maze

Go up on screen and go right one screen. Shot the statue with a seed and a key will fall down get the key and leave the room go up one room but not up the steps. Go up another room and kill all the magnetic masks. And go up a room. Bomb the cracked blocks. Now here’s the tricky part defeat all the enemies wit the N-ball.

Why is it tricky because of all the Ice and you could hurt yourself with the ball. Get the key that falls down and go right one room. Kill all the Zaps with the boomerang to get fairies, if you are low on health and go right one room. Use a key on the block and go down the stairs. Kill all the enemies and go down one room. If you’re not careful a floor master will pick you up. Jump over the rollers and go down the stairs. Jump on the plat form and jump to the other side and leave this room this time you jump on a moving platform and then jump to the other side and go up the ladder. I bet your low on health. If you have the Heart Ring L-2 wit you equip it and walk around the section of the room your on until your hearts are filled, which is 50-100 steps for one heart. Unless you have the red potion, which revives you if you die, then you can proceed.

Hop on each platform till you reach the end and exit the room. Avoid the traps and step on the switch and go down and enter the room that just opened to the right. Go up the stairs go all the way right and open the chest to get the compass leave this room go right and open the door. Go in the turn thing leave the room and go left a room go down the cliff enter the room again and get in the turn thing. Go down one room kill all the monsters and wait a little bit for the Armros to move.

Go up the stairs attract the N-ball to you and move it. When it’s close to you move and repel the ball so you can’t see it any more. Go back down the stairs and exit the room to the right. Jump to the stairs. Go left one room. Awaken the bottom Armros and move the block to the left open the chest to get the Hyper sling shot Move the N-ball to the bottom edge, next to the lava.

Go down the stairs and leave the room. Go up the stairs the Armros was guarding, and go right one room. Repel the N-ball so it goes on the switch to make a bridge. Go back down the stairs and go right one room and go up the stairs, jump over the lava, and go across the bridge, and go down the stairs. Go up one room go across the pit and go left one room go down the steps and into the turn thing to leave the room. Open the chest to get a small key. Go back in the turn thing and go right one room go down the steps and attract yourself to the s-block. Go through the door and go to the right and hit all three statues with the hyper slingshot 2X and stairs will appear. Go up them. Bombs the cracked blocks get to the key. Go down the stairs again and open the locked door and face the mini-boss. Hit the fire guy with a mystery seed to face the Ice guy hit it with ember before you do that hit the ice crystal with a mystery seed.

After its dead save and go up one screen light all the torches and go up the stairs that appear, and go up one screen. Push the bottom block right. Move the middle one down, right and up. Move the top one left, down, right, up, then right, and move the other block right as well. Now go down the stairs that appear. Swiftly jump up the blocks and fly to the ledge. Leave the room and get on the moving platforms when your on one go the opposite direction that your forced to go then jump on the ledge at the top by alternating your platforms your on and leave the screen.

Jump on the Throwmp to get to the other side, and go up the ladder. Step on the switch at the bottom then go right one room kill all the monsters and go right one room use your boomerang and hit the switch. Then go across the bridge to leave the room. Kill all the Pols voice and the Keeses to open the door to the left.

Take it and open the chest to get the boss key. And go down one room. Jump of the cliff and unlock the door and leave the room. Go left one room and bomb the wall. Enter it and follow the same steps the Armros took. And get the key that falls down. Leave the room and pick up an ice crystal and go down one room and throw the crystal in the fire pit. Go down the stairs and go right. Open the chest to get a small key. Now go back up the stairs and up a room pick up an Ice crystal and go in the mine cart. After the ride unlock the block and throw the ice crystal in the fire pit.

Get back in the mine cart grab another ice crystal and get back in the cart. Hit the switch in the room and get in the mine cart and throw it in the fire pit. Get back in the mine cart and unlock the door, enter it. Go down the stairs go right one room and go to the right side of the room, and go up the stairs. Go right 2 rooms and down a room open the chest to get a small key. Go back down the stairs, go down one room, and left one room. Go up the stairs, get in the mine cart and go up one room after the ride. Get in the mine cart at the top. After the ride get an Ice crystal and get back in the cart. After that ride go down one room avoid the spiked beetles and get in the mine cart. After that last ride throw the ice crystal in the fire pit. Open the chest to get 10 bombs. Go up 2 rooms and unlock the block at the top and go right one room, now open the boss door. Face off against Medlock. Check the boss guide on how to defeat it. Go up one room and get your essence.

Final Boss Onox: Onox’s Castle

First off head to Horon Village and go to the Maku Tree and he’ll give you the Huge Maku Seed. Now you should defiantly do the sub-quests now. After you’ve done everything you wanted to do go to the Pegasus seed tree in spool swamp. Go right 1 screen and down 3. Go right one screen and up 4 screens. Go right 1 screen, go up 2 screens and enter the tree trunk.

Temple Remains

Kill both Darknuts, go up one screen, left one screen, and up one screen then the essences and Maku seed will come out and let you pass. Now go up 2 screens and enter the Castle.

Onox’s Castle

Go up one screen kill all the Wizards and go up one screen kill all the Wall masters and Darknuts and go up one screen. You remember this guy, a face on the floor bombs are its weakness. After it’s dead, go up one screen. Smash all the pots to get some hearts and go up one screen to face Onox. See the boss guide on how to beat him.
