There is a trapped goron here. Just ignore him for now because you can't do anything right now. Go to your left and climb the ledges on the side. You will see a diamond but don't bother hitting it yet. Push the block down and then jump down and pull it as far that it can go. Make your way sround it and then jump on it towards the fence. Climb up the fence. There is a fire preventing you to climb any higher. Go to the level right above the diamond and drop a bomb. Quickly climb up the fence. When the bomb goes off it should hit the diamond and make the fire go away for a limited time. Enter the door at the top.

There are two gorons in this next room. There are boulders rolling arouind this room. First turn left and stay along the wall to find the first one. Free him and take the key. Keep going arounf the peremeter of this room and you will find goron two. Get that key also. Then keep going around the peremeter until youi find the locked door. Go through it. In the next room do not fall down. If you do you are at the beginning. Cross the large crate to the other side. Once you step on the grate fire starts forming behind you nad forces you to go forward. Croos until you are at the other side. Now that you are on the other side. Jump onto the small fence and get the map. Then enter the door. You are back in the room where I told you to be careful and not fall down. Once again go into the room with the large grate. Do the same thing except this time go to the other side and climb up. Enter the door. You are now once again in the room with the rolling boulders, but now you are on the top floor. Try not to fall. Jump to the platform with a crack in the ground. Use a bomb and blow it up. Then jump down and you are in the room where you once saw a gornon but couldn't reach him. Free the goron and get the key. Go back from where you just dropped down. Now climb back up. Once you are at the top jump to the platform that has a switch. Step on it. Go to the gate that just opened. Free the goron and get the key. If you fall the goron will leave but the key will still be there. Go back through the door that brang you in the upper platform room. (The one with the fire crate) There is a door that is parrallel to the chest that had the map. Jump from fence to platform and open the locked door. Be careful in this room. If you go close to the walls fire appears. You'll get use to it after a while. There are some fake doors in this room, so before trying to open a door use a bomb on the door. (Only in this room) Go through the maze and enter the unlocked door and get the compass. Then go back into the big room. Carefully search this room for the locked door. Go into the locked door. Just go by the gornon for now and straight to the other door. You are now on the other side of the large room. Step on the switch and then run towards the other door. Be careful for the fire walls are everywhere. This may take you a few tries to get the correct path down. Don't go in the door yet. Use a bomb first because the first one is fake. Then go into the real door. In this room avoid hte like like. He will suck you in and take yor shield and tunic. If he does than just kill him and get them back. Now time for the sub-boss. The Fire Dancer isn't a really hard boss to defeat but he could be hard at times. When he is spining arouind in one spot throw or place a bomb next to him. After it explodes run and attack him. Repeat this until he is defeated. Enter the elevator in the middle of the room. It will take you to the top floor.

Once you are up there climb the fence. Then throw a bomb at the diamond and once it blows the flames are gone, so climb up. This could be difficult at times. You have to time it right. This next room is in the shape of a semi-donut. Climb the stairs and hit the switch. Above, there is a trwasure chest that use to be lit by fire but now is out because he stepped on te switch. Run, quickly, up to the treasure and open it. You have to hurry or the fire will go back on. DO NOT FALL!! You get the megaton hammer. Go back down the stairs and look for a block with a smiley face on it. (It's by the switch) Smash it with the hammer and fall down. Hit the statue with the hammer. Enter the door behind it. Watch out for the keese in this room. Hit the switch with the hammer. This makes the floor turn into a stairway. Grab a small box and put it on a switch at the bottom of the staircase. Hammer the rusted switch and the door will unlock. Play the song of time by the blue block. It now serves as a platform. Search this room for another rusted switch and pund it with your hammer. This will open the gate that holds a goron. Jump to where the goron is and go and talk to him. Get the key and then leave from the same way you came in this room. You should be able to get up by using the blue block. Exit this room and now go down the small stairs. Hit the block at the bottom and jump all the way down to the room where you saw Daruinia. Exit this room so you are once again in the first room of the whole temple.

There is a statue to the right of the stairs when you are first walking into the temple. Use you hammer to eliminate the statue. Enter the locked door. If for some reason you do not have a key you have to go back in the walktrough and find the one you mist. In this next room simply kill all the enemies to make the next door unlock. There are bombs in the chest if you want them. Enter the next room. There is another rusted switch in this room. Hit it with the hammer and free the last goron and get the boss key. Go back to the room where you met Darunia and hop from platform to platform until you get to the door. Open the door to enter into the boss room.

The boss of this temple is VOLVOGIA. This boss can be really hard to beat at times. After the short scene with Volvogia flying around he will go back in the ground. He will stick his head out of the ground. Run up and hit him with the hammer. After a couple of times he will come out and fly around and shoot fire at you. If you Z-target him and shoot an arrow and hit him, he will go underground. He will aslo start throwing rocks at you while in the air. As you start beating him he will only stick his head out there for a couple of seconds. He tries to trick you by blowing fire out of one whole and coming out of another. He may take a couple of tries to beat. If for some reason you cannot defeat him than go down all the way to Kakariko Village and fill a couple of bottles up with red potion. After you defeat him get the heart piece and leave. Afterword, Darunia will give you the fire medallion because he is the sage of fire.
