Bottom of the Well
-1- In a cage with a Like-Like. You must first let him swallow your gear, and then let him swallow you and he will drag you into the cage. Kill the gold skulltula and get the token.
-2- Through the locked door on the left side of the main room. Keep your hears open and use your lens of truth to locate the Gold Skulltula that is on the wall.
-3- Go to the right side of the main room and go through the locked door. The Skulltula is on the wall. Use your lens of truth and your ears to find this skulltula. Death Mountain Crater
-4- As a child play the Bolera of Fire to warp to the Death Mountain Crater. Take out a bottle of bugs and let them go right around the bean bed right near the warp. A gold skulltula will pop out. Kill and recover.
-5- As a child enter the crater from the peek of Death Mountain. Right when you enter the crater there is a box. Roll into it and a gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token. Death Mountain Trail
-6- Once you get on the trail from Kakariko Village go up a bit and look on the the wall on the right. It seems strange. Use a bomb to blow it up and go in and kill the gold skulltula thats crawling in there.
-7- As a child go to the part of the trail by the entrance of Dodangos Cavern. Use a bottle of bugs by the bean bed that is there.
-8- At Night go to Death Mountain Trail. Remember the area of the Death Mountain Trail as a child where rocks were falling on you. Well go back there as an adult. There are some red rocks lieing around. The last one has a gold skulltula. Break the rock with the hammer and get it.
-9- At Night go to Death Mountain Trail. Remember the area where you threw a bomb from the top to break the boulder blocking Dodongos cavern. Well go back there as an adult and break the rock that is there with the hammer. Get the gold skulltula. Desert Colossus
-10- Right near the entrance to the Spirit Temple there is a bean bed. As a child take out a bottle of bugs and let them go by the bean bed. A gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-11- In one of the trees in the desert there is a gold skulltula. There aren't many trees in the area. As and adult and during the night go look up each tree and you will see a gold skulltula. Kill it with the hookshot and get the token.
-12- As a child plant a magic bean in the bean bed located near the entrance to the Spirit Temple. Return as an adult and ride that leaf to a stone where a gold skulltula is located. It has to be night time to get this skulltula. Dodongo's Cavern
-13- As a child go into the room right to the right of the entrance. The room that has the little Dodongos on the floor. There is a wall that you can bomb. Either get the bombs and come back here or kill a dodongo near the wall and it will blow up and destroy the wall. There is a statue and the gold skulltula is right behind it.
-14- As a child go into the room where you blew up many bombs to create the huge staircase. Go back to that room and climb up the staircase. Walk around to the door at the top and turn around. The gold skulltula is right there on the vines. Kill it and get the token.
-15- After beating the level, go back in as a child and go up the huge piller to the second floor. Go through the room with the blades on the ground and get to the room that has the huge staircase. Go left and climb the vines. A gold skulltula is somewhere there. Kill it and get the token.
-16- As a child go to the entrance of Dodongo's Cavern. Go straight into the huge Dodongo's mouth. You have to bomb his eyes from the top first to open his mouth. Go into the door. This room has four places you can go into. One is to high to reach, the other is locked, and the other you just came from. That means go into the other one. Walk around this room and you will find a wall you can bomb. Bomb it, go in, and the gold skulltula is behind the statue.
-17- Go back to the dungeon as an adult. From the entrance go to the right and go to the room where there are all little Dodongo's on the ground. Walk around the room until Navi turns green. Once Navi turns green, play the scarescrow song, hookshot up there, kill the spider, and get the token. Fire Temple
-18- In the big room with a long bridge. Look around the room untill you see the blue block. Go over there and paly the Song of Time and the block will go away. Go into the room, kill the gold skulltula and collect your token.
-19- In the maze room with a bunch of boulders rolling around the ground. Walk around on the bottom floor until you can hear it moving around. It is in the northeast part of the room. Place a bomb against the outside wall, and then go and retrieve your prize.
-20- In the room right before the room where you get the boss key. Its the room that has a bunch of spinning tiles that are flying at you. The gold skulltula is located right behind the Like-like that is in the room. Just find and kill it.
-21- Once you enter the top part of the boulder maze room. Look around and Navi will turn green. Play the scarecrow song and Pierre will appear. Hookshot up to him and go along the path and kill the gold skulltula.
-22- In the room that you get the Megaton Hammer. Look around on the walls and there is a gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to kill it and retrieve it. Forest Temple
-23- This skulltula is in the very first room of the dungoen. The one with the two wolfos. After killing them climb the vines on the right side. Go onto the platform and look back at the vines you just climbed. In the corner there is a gold skulltula. Use the hookshot to kill it and get the token.
-24- In the main room with four torches. Once you get into this room from the entrance route. Go straight accross and up the stairs. Before you go in the door, look to your right and its right there on the wall. Kill it with your hookshot and retrieve it.
-25- In the east plant room. There is a chest on one of the balcony's. Hookshot to the chest and then hookshot and kill the gold skulltula that is against the wall about half way up the wall.
-26- In the wast plant room. To get this one you need to be on the second floor. Its a while into the dungeon until you get to the second floor in this area but once you do just walk around and you'll fund it against a wall. Use the hookshot to kill and retrieve it.
-27- In the room right before the boss. The rotating room. Keep pushing walls and stepping on switches until you dins a giant skulltula. Kill it and then go behind and kill the helpless gold skulltula. Ganon's Castle
-28- As adult link go near the locatin where the guard was standing as young link. Near the path to the Castle. The pillar is still there sort of. Look around the pillar to find the gold skulltula. Kill it with the hookshot and get the token. Gerudo Valley
-29- When you first enter the valley from Kakariko village and are walking accross a wooden plank. Look to the right and you will see the gold skulltula on the wall. Use the boomerang to get him.
-30- Use a chicken to get to the platform with the cow. There is a bean bed there. Place some bigs in there and a gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-31- As an adult look behind the tent on the otherside of the river. There is a gold skulltula high up on the wall.
-32- Right before the entrance to the Gerudo Fortress there is a pillar. There is a skulltula sitting on top of it. Use your hookshot to kill it and get the token. Gerudo's Fortress
-33- After you get the Gerudo Membership Card. Go to the Horse Archery and walk around. On one of the high posts. Use the long shot to kill and capture.
-34- This one is a little tough to explain. Make sure it is night time. Once you enter the Fortress from Gerudo Valley turn right right when you get to the steps. You should be facing the fortress. The Gold Skulltula is straight ahead in a way. It isn't on the bottom floor. Its on one of the floors. Just look around and you'll find it. Goron City
-35- As a child in Goron City, once you get the bombs, go to the uppermost level. There is a room with a bunch of boulders. Blow up the ones that you can until you make your way around the maze and get to the end. There are some rupees and a crate. The gold skulltula is in the crate. Break it, Kill it, and retrieve it.
-36- In the center of the city there is a small platform that can be reached by crossing across ropes. On that platform there is a little stone thingy. As either link kill the gold skulltula that is shaking around on the otherside. There many way. I think its easier as an adult when you have the longshot, because then you can shoot it from the side and get it from the side. Either way just kill it and get it. Graveyard
-37- As a child look at the wall on the right side. The gold skulltula is crawling around there. Use the boomerang to kill and recover the token.
-38- On the left side of the graveyard there is a bean bed. Place a bottle of bugs in the bean bed and a gold skulltula will come out. Kill him and recover the token. Great Deku Tree
-39- The first gold skulltula in the Deku Tree is located on the top floor. From the entrance, climb all the way to the top. There is a door which leads to the room that you get the compass from. The skulltula is in this room. There are three pillers in the room. While the pillers are up jump to the second one and turn to the left. Kill the giant skulltula and the gold skulltula will be behind it.
-40- Once you fall through the the first web in the center of the deku tree. Look back up the whole you fell down. You will notice vines. The gold skulltula is on the vines near the bottom.
-41- The third gold skulltula in the Deku Tree is located near the second one. Once you fall through the web, you will fall into a small river of water. Follow the water until it splits into two. Go right until you reach bars. The gold skulltula is there. Kill it with the slingshot and jump from a platform to get it.
-42- For this next one, you must have gotten the bombs and boomerang already. Once you have both of them go back into the deku tree. In the basement there is a room with a torch and two burnable webs. One of the webs leads you to the exit the other one has a Deku Baba behind it. Burn the web, kill the Deku Baba, bomb the wall, and get the gold skulltula. Haunted Wasteland
-43- As an adult go to the Haunted Wasteland. In that small building where the Poe guide is. Drop down there and a gold skulltula is waiting for you. Kill it and get the token. Hyrule Castle (Castle Grounds)
-44- Right at the entrance of the Castle Grounds is a tree. As a child roll into it and the gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-45- As a child go to the area where Talon was sleeping. Once you are right there turn around and go back down the path until you have to make a right. There is a tree right near here. Go near it and play the Song of Storms and a hole will appear. Go in and bomb a few walls and you will get to the gold skulltula. Kill it and get the token. Hyrule Field
-46- As a child go to the entrance to Kakariko village. Before you go up the stairs take a left and there is a lonely tree. Place a bomb next to it and fall into the hole that is created. Fall in and then look up on the walls to find the gold skulltula. Kill it and get the token.
-47- Go to the part of the field that is right next to the entrance of Gerudo Valley as an adult. Near there is a big red rock that is surrounded by smaller brown rocks. Use the hammer to get rid of the big rock and then go in the hole that appears. Burn the spider web with either Dins Fire or Fire Arrows. There is a gold skulltula around. Kill and retrieve. Ice Cavern
-48- In the room where you get the compass there is a gold skulltula. Just look around that room and you'll see him. You cant miss him.
-49- In the room with the huge blades in the center. Its on one of the walls. Look around the room and follow what you hear. Its not that hard to find this one.
-50- This one is a simple one. Its in the room where you have to collect the silver rupees. Go to the room and look at the walls in the room. Its right there, you cant miss this one. You your hookshot to kill it and capture the token. Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly
-51- In the room where you first meet Princess Ruto there was a huge green tentacle. After you defeat the level it will be gone and will reveal a new hole. Drop down the hole and look around at the walls. There is a gold skulltula on one of the walls. Kill and retrieve using the boomerang.
-52- This one is located the same place where number 51 was located. Its right near by on a wall.
-53- In the room where there is land on both sides of the room and water in the middle. You have to press the switch to get accross. Well, look around and you will see vines. The gold skulltula is right there.
-54- This one is In the room before the boss room. You have to use your boomerang to hit the switch. Well as you are climbing up there on the vines, you will hear this one rattling around. Just look around on the vines and you will this one. Its a little tough to get, but aim with the slingshot and boomerang and you got him. Kakariko Village
-55- You know that lookout tower in Kakariko Village. The one thats very high. Well, as a child go there during the night and a gold skulltula is on the ladder. Kill and retrieve.
-56- This is an easy one. During the night time as a child go behind the house of skulltulas and its right there on the wall. Kill it and get it.
-57- During the night time as a child go to the contruction site. Its right there one the bricks. Look around for a second, find it, kill it, and get it.
-58- As a child during the night roll into the tree that is close to the entrace to Kakariko Village. It'll fall out just killi t and get the token.
-59- As a child during the night go to that house that is locked near the entrance to Death Mountain Trail. Its simply on the side of the house. Kill it and get the token.
-60- As an adult during the night go to the entrance of Impa's House. Impa's house is the one near the house of skulltula's. Its the one with a guard at the entrance. The gold skulltula is on the roof. Back up and look around on the roof and you will see it. You wlil need the hookshot to kill and get this one. Kokiri Forest
-61- As a child, at night time go behind the Know-it-All Brothers house. THere is a gold skulltula there. You cant do this at the very begining of the game because you are in the daytime.
-62- As a child, let a bottle of bugs loose on the bean bed that is located right next to the shop. A gold skulltula will pop out, so why dont you kill it.
-63- As an adult, go back to Kokiri Forest at night time and go behind the house of twins. You need the hookshot to kill and get the gold skulltula. Lake Hylia
-64- Right outside the labortory is a bean bed. Release some bugs in the whole and a gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-65- This skulltula is on the backside of the labortory. Go onto the bridge and then turn around. Its on the wall that is facing the water. You need to go a distance away from it and then use your boomerang to capture it.
-66- Remember that island where you got the Fire Arrows. Go there during the night time and a gold skulltula lies there. You need to go there as a child to get it.
-67- Once you have the iron boots. Go into the Laborotory and sink into the water. There is a crate at the bottom. Break it open and get that gold skulltula.
-68- Play Serenade of Water. Once you are at the warp, there is a tree right around. During the night time look up into it and use either Din's Fire or the longshot to kill and recover this gold skulltula.
-69- As a child and during the night go into Lon Lon Ranch and look up on the house on the left. There is a gold skulltula on the second floor window. Use the boomerang to kill it and to retrieve it.
-70- There is a tree straight ahead of the entrance. As a child during the night roll into the tree and a gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-71- In the shed at the back of Lon Lon Ranch. At night, as a child go there and you'll hear it moving around. Kill it and get the token.
-72- As a child, during the night go into the main part of the ranch. Where all the horses are. Go inside the circle and there a wooden thing over there. A gold skulltula is wondering right around there. Kill it and get the token. Lost Woods
-73- From the entrance of the Lost Woods go left and then left again. As a child use a bottle of bugs by the bean bed. A gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-74- From the entrance go right, left, right, left, and left again. There is a bean bed. As a child let some bugs go around it and a gold skulltula will pop out. Kill it and get the token.
-75- As an adult during the night go to the lost woods. From the entrance fo right, left, right, left, and left again. As a child there was a bean bed here. Hopefully you planted that maguc bean and there is a leaf there. Ride the leaf and it'll take you right to the gold skulltula. Kill and retrieve. Market
-76- Once you enter the Market from the bridge. You will be in the place where its got an overview camera angle. Go into the one door there. There are a bunch of pots. There are a few crates. One of them contains a gold skulltula. Just roll into them until you find the gold skulltula. Sacred Forest Meadow
-77- After you go through the maze as an adult, you will get to a pretty big guy with a huge club. There are the stairs right near him. Look up where the stairs are and the gold skulltula is on one of the walls. Kill it with the hookshot and retrieve it with the hookshot. Shadow Temple
-78- Go to the room in the Shadow Temple where there are falling blades. The room that has invincible floors. Go to the platform where you fight the stalfos. To complete the level you go right but for the gold skulltula you have to go left. Use the lens of truth to see the platforms. Go in the door and keep the Lens of Truth on. Get all the silver tokens to open the cage in the room. A cage will open revealing a gold skulltula.
-79- In the room with the two huge spikes that are falling from the ceiling. Move the blocks so that the spikes dont fall on you. You will here the skulltula. Just look around the room until you find him, and once you do you should know what to do.
-80- In the huge room that has the giant boat. Go onto the boat and where you would usually play Zelda's Lullabye to get the ship moving, turn to the area you just came from and look up. You will here the skulltula in the room. Navi will turn green so play the scarecrows song and hookshot up to Pierre and get the gold skulltula.
-81- In the room that has a huge skull. The skull is spinning. Its the room where you have to throw a bomb into the skull. The gold skulltula is simply behind the skull. Just go and kill it and get the token.
-82- In the room with the three big skulls that are rotating. Its a similar room to the gold skulltula above, accept this one has 3 spinningg instead 1. The gold skulltula is in the same location, right behind the spinning skulls. Spirit Temple
-83- As young link, after crawling through the small hole go through the door on the right. The skulltula is on the fench accross the pit.
-84- Crawl through the second small hole as young link. There are a bunch of regular sklulltulas in this room. Climb up the rock and then turn around and the gold skulltula is waiting for you.
-85- After making your way through as adult link. You will go through a puzzle where you must move the blocks to get sunlight to shine on the sun symbol.
-86- As adult link you will find a room with rolling blocks and some silver rupees. You will notice a blue block on one of the sides. Play the song of time to move the block and get the gold skulltula.
-87- In the room with the big statue. The same room you get the map in. Climb up the stairs and look around the room and navi will turn green. Play the scarecrows song and then hookshot to that platform and kill and recover the goll skulltula. Water Temple
-88- On the bottom floor of the temple. Remember where you went to meet Ruto? Go into the passageway to the left. You will need a bomb to blow up a hole in the ground. Keep going in this passageway. It will eventually lead to a a grate that is blocking your way, but the switch is in there. Just charge up your sword and let it go and it will hit the switch. Go in there and get that skulltula.
-89- Once you get the longshot you will play the song of time to open a path where you can fall down. Once you are here get in the water. You will notice that there are things that are trying to suck you in. Get by the first two, but once you get to the third one, put on your iron boots and find a spot where you can stand on. Look at the walls around to find it.
-90- In an area right before you get the boss key there are boulders coming out of a small waterfall. Just put on your iron boots and walk into the waterfall and it will be right there.
-91- After you get the longshot return to the main room and entre into the tall piller. Use your long shot to get to the very top of the piller. The skulltula is up there waiting for you.
-92- In the room with the platforms that are moving up and down on a waterfall, look on the wall to your right. You will be able to see it, but you need to longshot to get it. Zora's Domain
-93- As an adult return to the frozen Zora's Domain. Go to where you played the diving game, left of King Zora. Go to the ledge and look to your left and you will see it. Take out your hookshot and kill the gold skulltula and pick up your token. Zora's Fountain
-94- As a kid, go into Zora's Fountain at night. Go to the island behind Jabu-jabu. Roll into a tree and it will pop out.
-95- As a child and at night, hop onto the log in the water. Climb up on it and you will see the skulltula on the wall. Use your boomerang to kill and capture it.
-96- As an adult, go to the island where you got gold skulltula number 94. Using the silver gauntlets, pick up the gray rock. Follow along until you see the gold skulltula. There are invinceable enemies here. Using the Lens of Truth will help out. Zora's River
-97- Once you enter Zora's River from Hyrule Field, there is a tree. Role into it and the Gold Skulltula should fall out. Kill it and get the token.
-98- Almost at the entrance to Zora's Domain. Fall down into the water. You can stand in the water here. There is a ladder that you can climb up. At night time you will see the Gold Skulltula right there. Just kill it and get the token.
-99- As adult link, follow the path and you will come accross a wooden bridge. Look up and it should be on a wall. You need the long shot to kill it.
-100-Plant a magic bean in the bean bed near the entrance as a child and then come back as an adult. Get on the magic bean and it should go over the high platform, jump onto the high platform. The gold skulltula is crawling on the wall during the night time. Use the hookshot to kill it and get the token.
