Learn the Fire Spell
Return to the graveyard and from there go north to the town of Mido. Go up to the harbor point and sail across the ocean to East Hyrule. From here continue to walk east until you've found the town of Nabooru. Continue in the town until a lady comes and says that she is thirsty, walk a little bit to the left and you will see a fountain. Kneal down and press B to get some water, now go back to the lady and she will let you inside her house to learn the Fire Spell.
Find the lost child
Exit town and go to the cave straight north. Defeat the enemies and exit the cave and walk northeast through the forest until you've reached a bridge. Go across the bridge and take the very bottom trail to the top-right near the palace. Walk all the way into the L-shaped area and you will fall into a pit. Continue down in this cave until you have found the child, grab him and exit the cave.
Find the magic container
It's time to find the magic container. So, from where you came up go down and take the first path that lops around and takes you to three sets of bridges. Take the third bridge, the top one. From here, go down towards the river and continue left then up, you will then fall into a pit where the magic container lay. Grab it and head back over the bridge.
Town of Darunia - Upward Thrust
Cross the bridge back and walk all the way west past the forest and into the desert mountain area. Follow the trail up to the town of Darunia. Once you are in town, go one screen over and the first house should have a chimney. Walk all the way to the end of this screen and jump onto the smallest house. Now jump from rooftop to rooftop until you've reached the chimney house and go down it. The soldier in here will teach you the Upward Thrust skill.
Town of Darunia - Reflect Spell
Exit the house and continue left a screen until you see the first house with another chimney, wait for the old lady to walk outside and go up and talk to her, she will then thank you for saving her child, now follow her inside. The old man here will teach you the Reflect Spell which is needed to destroy the next palace boss. Now exit town and head back to Maze Island where you found the child and magic container. Now follow the trail until you have reached the Maze Island Palace.
