This involves Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time. In these two games, look at your map. The center of Hyrule is Lon Lon Ranch, Hyrule. The center of Wind Waker is The Tower of the Gods.

Part 1
Above the Waves

Impossible, you think? No. Look closer. Both buildings are surrounded by a wide perimeter. The huge Roman/Gothic arches in Wind Waker could be a magic extension of the brick walls around the Ranch, where Running Man passes. Could Running Man be Fishman? Nah. Anyway...

You're thinking, what about the giant tower with Gohdan in it? This could be the Goddess' extension of the horse ring, where Malon sings. Or is it that odd tower at the back of the ranch, where you push boxes for a Piece of Heart?

Part 2
Under the Sea

Boom! Down goes Gohdan, who sneezes a Heart container, and opens a magic portal. Ring the bell, solve the riddles, get the Master Sword, defeat Darknuts and Moblins and you can see a wonderful view of Hyrule field. From the center of course. Yeah, I know you're in Hyrule Castle, but Lon Lon Ranch is now above the waves.
