Shoop da whoop. sorry, i just had to

    • Midnafan

You’re like the first person I’ver ever seen do that. o_O

    • baileygirl99

Whoa. what was that? (It was interesting…)

      • http://twitter.com/Popje667 Sean Gaffney

It was an “IMA FIRIN’ MA LAZA” quote.

  • http://twitter.com/Popje667 Sean Gaffney

the stalfos dont scare me. heh heh. *runs off to change his pants*

    • Midnafan

They’re only scary when you’re surrounded by them and they’re hacking at you with their swords and are even scarier when they have four freakin’s arms. Wait, doesn’t that pretty much sum up virtually all their appearances? o_O

    • spidertiger7

      LOL

  • Midnafan

For one thing, Axle is all over this podcast. Hey Axle, love Halloween much? :P The scariest thing for me is TP’s Ganon: not only is he scary looking (especially the closer and closer he gets to you) but I can never predict when he falls from the ceiling and aways scares the crap out of me. The Shadow Temple was freakin’ creepy, I loved it. I think every place that was supposed to be scary kept some aspect of its scariness, whether it was effective or not, cause otherwise how on earth would we be able to tell it was supposed to be scary in the first place? Also I just did the ghost hand in the toilet quest on SS last night, that freakin’ creeped me out. o.O I also chose to use the letter as toilet paper cause I hate Cawlin and I think Pipit’s a pompous a anyways, so I don’t want his gratitude. Creepy-ghost-hand-torturing-worst-enemy-FTW :P

    • http://axlethebeast.com/ Axle the Beast

I am still absolutely crazy about Halloween and would still go trick-or-treating at my age (21) if I didn’t feel guilty about it. =P

      • baileygirl99

I love trick-or-treating! That’s the only reason I like Halloween! Candy FTW!!!

        • spidertiger7

          I AM SO WITH YOU

      • Midnafan

I know right? I’m only 16, but I hate the looks people give me when I go trick or treating as if I shouldn’t be doing it, and they give me one piece while all the little kids get ten. :’( I wish I had a baby sibling I could claim to have a bag for. Instead, I just go trick-or-treating with my siblings and one of my goats and claim the second bag is for the goat. People are so stupid they honestly think the goat is gonna eat the candy. :/

      • spidertiger7

awww dont be Axle you’ve been eaten by redead twice and plungged by cursed bobokin if I could handle that then I would NEVER BE ASHAMED TO TRICK-OR-TREAT

  • Twilight Gale

There were some missed opurtonities in the bottom of the Ancient Cistern. The Cursed Bokoblins should’ve been OoT 3D style ReDeads.

    • The Hylian Monolith

      I agree, except I don’t. Ish…? I’m typing about 14 paragraphs as I listen to the podcast.

  • The Hylian Monolith

Omgo. the Lanayru Vision was SCARY.

But the Ghost Ship, Cubus Sisters, and Reaplings were a bit freaky in PH. And, hello, Chancellor Cole and Byrne FREAKED ME OUT when I first saw them. NOt to mention Malladus…don’t make me go into how horrifying Malladus is. I mean,(spoiler alert!) at the top of the tower, you find Zelda’s body in the fetal positioon, and she opens her eyes…whoa. Scary girl…Niiice demon-possesed princess…Argh no your voice is freaky deep! Go away! Then, later on, its weird floating-skull spirit(not scary) destroys Byrne and devours his most loyal servant, taking on a beastlike to begin my favorite boss battle yet. It was just so fun! Moving on, uh…yeah. You did some great ponting-out of the freakiness. And the background should have, on the final boss thing-oh, sweet irony. And one more thing…those Guardians were OMIGOD. DIdn’t the round ones look so peaceful whe they slept? And then they pull out their sword and try to SLAGHTER you. AS for my freakiest moment, uh…the Guardians.

    Um…Rish, WHY?!?!?

Cool thing with the traveling, Axle. You guys are great…actors? But did you really have that much difficulty with a Redead? Didn’t you bring a sword?

So I made a Chancellor Cole Jack-O-Lantern set, but I’m the only Zelda fan on the entire hillside, so I could do nothing more. sniff…But my costume totally makes up for it! And I had the idea to put a Twilight Beast n the porch, in the shadow, and have strobe flash on it when the people pass…yeek. Add some Twilight music on the inside, hang the black rectangles from the cieling and in glass dispys around the ground and paper on the walls, orange lights, Midna’s grave out front, Twilight Keese on the cieling, too….you get it. You can even theme one room as Wolf Sense, with blue and green lighting in the center and sparkles! Give it the same keese, rectangles, and such as before. Outside, more blood on the ground with clumps of fur and a sword stuck in the dirt. And I can actually access all this stuff, so I could do it… oh, adn line the walkway to the door with Tears of Light, a full vessel’s worth. And put the Twilight Beast inside around Christmas with a Santa hat and a sack of the Keese! Yay!

And Din, yes you will be corrected. They’re Cursed Bokoblins, not Zombies.Oh, and I have an answer to the Communuty question! It’s either the Twilight Beasts or the Cursed Bokoblins, I don’t count bosses, no.

Ooh…a bobblehead Poe Sister set… yes, please.

“Besides the Phantoms?” Ha, ha. Are you for or against them?
Overall, a fun podcast. Might listen to this one more than onece-oh, shut up, Ganondorf.

    • Rishian

      Why?!? Why not!?!
I think it added to the mood! Although… Din did make me put it outside.. Man was it hard to find a chain thick and strong enough to hold him.. and don’t even get me started on finding a collar for him!

      • The Hylian Monolith

Don’t worry, I won’t. I feel your pain, man… I remember the time I thougth that a moose was a Dodongo… And it must have.

Where did you find a moblin, anyway? Aren’t they only in the first few?

Did you hve to go 8-bit?

  • Sir Quaffler

Another great idea is: You know those wacky wavy inflatable flailing arm tube men you see car people use all the time. That same idea, but instead make them all Dead Hand hands, put 4 or 6 of them in the yard, and just sit on the front porch and see who’s brave enough to even approach them.

    • Rishian

Love that idea! Now to get Din to let me get some…

      • Sir Quaffler

Yeah I don’t even know where you can get them, let alone make your own decorations for it. I guess the Internet’s always good for that though…

    • spidertiger7

      DUDE U R AWSOME

  • Clemens909

PERFECT TIMING. as a guy with a delivery job
    THANK YOU!

    • Rishian

You’re welcome! Glad we can make your job a bit more bareable! XD

  • Zeldafan11235

this was by far my favorite podcast yet. I loved all of the decoration tips and ideas. If my family was more into holloween and if it was the very beggining of October, i would definatly use these ideas to decorate my house. I loved Axle the Beast’s segments. Nicely Done guys

  • Neutopia

I didn’t mind the podcast this month lol, fit the theme of the month that’s for sure, I definitely missed the Keaton Quiz though! :(
The scariest thing in Zelda for me would definitely be the Dead Hands aha, those things look so creepy. :P
The Shadow Temple could have been scarier, it’s just like what Axel said, they reused most of the scary stuff from the Bottom Of The Well so it had less of a scary effect on us.
Lots of places somewhat ”failed” at doing the scary theme, but they were enjoyable nonetheless. :P
I don’t have any Zelda decorations at all lol, if I was talented enough and cared enough I might make something aha.
I would definitely like to see more Halloween themes in Zelda that would be a really awesome and interesting theme to see. :P

  • Setterwind

    I love the music y’all used!! :D

  • MetroAndroid

I love how Colonel-Majora didn’t even reference the scary factors in Minish Cap… Like the freaking Lost Woods with everything black and ghosts coming at you.
I honestly don’t think fighting in a clear sky would be scary. I find it more calming. That whole fight in general is not very scary.
