You’re very welcome! Keep those questions coming!

JuicieJ or Axle should put an end to this madman’s rampage.

    • Colonel-Majora

Heh. Am I that madman? XD
Well, don’t worry. JuicyJ is on the list, and they may just beat me fair and square, if they’re as good as they say. :)

i really agree with your guys’ thoughts on skyward sword (OoT and TP FTW) although i don’t know how Din rushed through it that pretty much impossible the game is so long, but i really agree it was too long, too empty, and too linear. it was also really focused on puzzle-solving even though the battle system should’ve been what was improved. I really liked the story and characters, but as for development, i think they put too much developing in the background. Given Fi and Impa’s exits, they really deserved more in the rest of the game. i also think Ghirahim deserved a better exit then he got. Twilight Princess remains my favorite. Thus far, i really don’t have a favorite TP boss (i haven’t battled Zant or Ganon yet) although Armogohma was the dumbest battle (not the easiest, the dumbest).

Just to make this clear: I love skyward sword. i thought it was epic and fun to play, and tied up the series really well (without even tying it up!) i just think the details were too difficult to skim over no matter how hard you tried. i also think nintendo uses cell-shaded graphics as an excuse to be comedic, and that really took away from the epicness (although it surprisingly added to Groose’s) :) i would give SS anywhere from a 7.5 to an 8.5 all things considered

Din rushed through it by not sleeping as much as she should have… and that meant I had to put up with grumpiness when she didn’t sleep… LOL! But really, she did “rush” through so that we could do what we could to bring you up to date Zelda stuff. I believe (don’t quote me on this) that she is planning on playing through it again at a much more relaxed pace.

      • Midnafan

same here. in fact, once i finally beat TP (after three years) i plan on going through SS using the ZD guide, then doing so again in Hero’s Mode. Either after that or when i get bored while doing that (or after my sister finishes it) i’ll get to WW

It was a bit hard to hear the members answer the community question but otherwise: LOVE THE PODCAST!!!!

    • Rishian

Thank you very much! We love bringing the PodCast to you!

  • Fuzzyninja

Rish how about having a character who would try and destroy the Triforce of Courage and the Master sword. Those are practically the riquirements for being link. Aswell as being called Link… Doing this could perhaps revive Fi, and you have a massive favourite boss mish-mash. Side games may be good too (e.g. windfish gives a hand). A variety of items used from every game. Those are my thoughts.

  • linkswagmaster

I think that Rish should do a segment on how some people’s theorys on skyward sword from past podcasts were right and wrong.

    • Rishian

Thats an interesting thought. Perhaps I will get into that once I have time (in about 3 weeks!)

      • linkswagmaster

I look forward to listening to the podcast I just wish it didn’t take so long for the next one to come out. After i listen to the newest one I want to listen to the next podcast.

After that guy on Gamespot got all that flak for giving the game a 7.5, I was surprised to hear you guys give it scores of 7 and 6. Lots of respect for being honest.
